A retaining device for mounting a slide rail to a server rack between front and rear ends of the server rack includes a rear support unit connected with the rear end, and a front support unit connected with the slide rail. The rear support unit includes a rear support rail and a biasing member. The front support unit includes a front support rail telescopically disposed on the rear support rail, and a front bracket connectable with the front end and the slide rail. The front support rail has a thrust block abutting against the biasing member. The front support rail is moved rearwardly to move the slide rail and the front bracket toward the rear support rail so as to vary a distance between the front bracket and the rear end, and the thrust block compresses the biasing member to tightly connect the front bracket with the front end.

Retaining device for mounting a slide rail to a server rack

A three-section slide rail device includes an outer section, a middle section and an inner section. An outer rail of the outer section has a sliding surface and an anti-retraction block and a releasing block formed on the sliding surface. A middle rail of the middle section is slidably disposed on the outer rail. An anti-retraction member and a driven member are pivotably mounted on an end of the middle rail. An inner rail of the inner section is slidably disposed on the middle rail, and has an abutment plate and a driving plate formed on an inner surface of the inner rail. The abutment plate abuts upwardly against the anti-retraction member, and is moved to disengage from the anti-retraction member to permit abutment of the anti-retraction member against the anti-retraction block so as to prevent retraction movement of the middle section relative to the outer section.

Three-section slide rail device

A three-section slide rail device includes an outer section, a middle section and an inner section. The middle section includes a middle rail and an inner middle block. The inner section includes an inner rail slidably disposed on the middle rail, and a removal operating assembly disposed on the inner rail. The removal operating assembly has a removal operating member, a removal connecting plate and a removal locking member pivotably mounted on the inner rail and having a removal guiding slot. The removal locking member has a locking portion and a protrusion. The removal operating member is operated to move the removal connecting plate and bring the protrusion to move along the removal guiding slot to result in pivoting of the removal locking member so as to disengage the locking portion from the inner middle block for permitting removal of the inner section from the middle section.

A three-section slide rail device includes an outer section, a middle section and an inner section. The middle section includes a middle rail slidably disposed on the outer section, a ball sliding plate slidably disposed on the middle rail, and a leaf spring at one end of the middle rail. The ball sliding plate has a plate body, a synchronizing block and a positioning hole formed on the plate body. The inner section includes an inner rail and a synchronizing actuating member pivotably mounted to the inner rail. The synchronizing actuating member is in an abutting engagement with the synchronizing block during an extended movement of the inner section relative to the middle section to make synchronizing movement of the ball sliding plate with the inner section until the positioning hole of the ball sliding plate is engaged with the leaf spring.

A hinge includes: a base seat that includes a rack extending in a front-back direction; a moving platform that is movable on the base seat along the front-back direction; and a shaft unit that includes a rotating shaft rotatably extending through the moving platform in a left-right direction, a main gear member rotatably extending through the moving platform, co-movable with the moving platform, and meshed with the rack to constitute a rack and pinion system, and a first bevel gear piece fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft, and meshed with the main gear member such that rotation of the rotating shaft results in collective linear front-back motion of the shaft unit and the moving platform relative to the base seat.

Hinge

A hinge includes a base frame unit and a rotating unit. The base frame unit includes a base seat having two rotating recesses and a transmitting recess, and two interfering plates respectively disposed in the rotating recesses. The rotating unit includes two rotating members respectively and rotatably disposed in the rotating recesses, and a bevel gear member disposed in the transmitting recess. Each rotating member frictionally interferes with the respective interfering plate, and has a bevel gear portion meshing with the bevel gear member. A torque generated as a result of rotation of one rotating member is transmitted through the bevel gear member to rotate the other rotating member relative to the base seat so as to make stable synchronous rotation of the rotating members.

Hinge with gear synchronization mechanism

A hinge assembly is provided for hingedly connecting a first frame to a second frame, and includes at least one hinge module which includes a first mounting base, a first connection member, a second connection member, and a transmission unit. The first and second connection members are coupled to the first and second frames, respectively, and are turnably mounted to the first mounting base respectively about first and second turning axes which are parallel to and offset from each other. The transmission unit is provided to permit the first and second connection members to turn in opposite rotational directions from each other whilst turning simultaneously.

Hinge assembly

A hinge assembly includes first and second linkage rods pivoted to a base seat, a cam connected to the first and second linkage rods, and a kickstand support pivoted to the cam. A latch is disposed in the cam. When the first and second linkage rods, the kickstand support, and the cam are received inside the base seat, the latch is in a first locking position, where the latch locks rotational movement of the kickstand support relative to the cam. When the second linkage rod moves outward of the base seat and brings the first linkage rod to rotate relative to the cam, the latch is pushed by the kickstand support to move into a second locking position, where the first linkage rod is limited from rotating relative to the cam.

A hinge includes a base frame, a mechanically transmitting assembly and two support frames. The base frame defines two guideways disposed opposite to each other in a front-and-rear direction. The mechanically transmitting assembly is mounted on the base frame and partly disposed in the guideways. Each support frame has an arcuate frame body slidably engaging the respective guideway and coupled with the mechanically transmitting assembly, and a support frame body disposed outwardly of the base frame. The support frames are rotatable about a rotating axis relative to the base frame to make synchronous rotation in opposite rotational directions through the mechanically transmitting assembly. The rotating axis is disposed above the base frame.

Hinge and a foldable electronic device with the same

A hinge device for connecting first and second objects includes a base seat and a sliding member slidably connected to the base seat through a coupling member to be turned about a rotating axis between folded and unfolded states. In the folded state, first and second object connecting sections of the base seat and the sliding member are disposed at two opposite sides of a mounting section of the base seat to allow folding of the objects to each other. In the unfolded state, the second object connecting section is placed above the first object connecting section to allow the second object to be unfolded and inclined to the first object.

Hinge device

A hinge assembly includes a mounting seat and a linkage unit in the mounting seat. A connection member is connected between first and second movable portions of the linkage unit by a linkage spindle. The linkage unit is able to rotate by a resilient unit to a spring-out state from a folded state. When the linkage unit reaches the spring-out state, further rotation of the linkage unit is stopped by a limiting unit. A torque spindle provides torsional resistance only when the linkage unit is rotated further from the spring-out state.

A multi-link hinge assembly includes first and second link levers, first and second sliding rods, first and second bases, a central shaft, and first and second torque shafts. The first link lever is connected to the second base by the second torque shaft and is slidable along with the first sliding rod within the first base. The second link lever is connected to the first base by the first torque shaft and is slidable along with the second sliding rod within the second base. The central shaft extends through the first and second link levers. When the second base is rotated relative to the first torque shaft, the first and second sliding rods move toward the central shaft.

Multi-link hinge assembly

A docking device including a casing and an extension supporting mechanism is disclosed. The extension supporting mechanism includes a sliding member, a transmission member, a supporting member and a clamping member. The sliding member is slidably disposed on the casing. The transmission member, the supporting member and the clamping member are pivoted to the casing, respectively. The transmission member is coupled to the sliding member. The supporting member is coupled to the transmission member. The clamping member further abuts against the sliding member and is for sliding the sliding member as rotating, such that the sliding member drives the transmission to rotate. Accordingly, the transmission member is driven to activate the supporting member to stretch an extension portion of the supporting member out of the casing.
