An electric water heater having a filtering device includes an electric water heating device and a filtering device. The filtering device communicates with the electric water heating device, and includes a shell having at least an accommodating area, an inlet connecting to one end of the shell and communicating with the accommodating area, an outlet connecting to the other end of the shell and communicating with the electric water heating device and the accommodating area, a porous magnetic resin film located inside the accommodating area, and a calcium sulfite filter membrane in the accommodating area and between the outlet and the porous magnetic resin film. With the combination of the porous magnetic resin film and the calcium sulfite filter membrane respectively for the absorption of metallic impurities in water and chlorine removal, the scales can be avoided from generating after the electric water heating device heats the water.

Disclosed is a polishing apparatus including a shell, a magnetic controller, an axle, a pusher, a ring, posts, and a stirring element. The shell includes a roof, a floor and a wall between the roof and the floor. Abrasive solution is filled in the shell. The abrasive solution includes abrasive grains and magnetic material. The magnetic controller is located around the wall. The axle can be engaged with a rotary element of a machine. The pusher is connected to the axle and inserted through the roof. A method for control of humidity and auto-dispensing of pills in a pill box includes a box having multiple rooms defined therein which are shifted to be in alignment with an outlet. The method controls the humidity in each of the rooms and provides a control unit which controls a transmission unit to proceed a mechanical action to shift the rooms to be in alignment with the outlet according to a time setting signal so as to dispense at least one pill. The method includes a display unit to display time information and provides a reminder to take pills by way of audio and/or light.

An apparatus and method for spiral polishing with electromagnetic abrasive has adopted the principle of electromagnetic and magnetic abrasive along with a lead screw to polish the inner or outer surface of a precise screw or a complicated part. The apparatus includes a clamp, a lead screw, a first electromagnet, and a second electromagnet assembled in an airtight space, wherein the airtight space is filled with magnetic abrasive which is driven by the rotation of the lead screw and the electromagnetic function to polish a processed part in a regular shape or in an irregular shape.

A magnetic filtering film is used to remove grains from liquid that goes through the magnetic filtering film. The magnetic filtering film includes a rubber film and micro-magnets. The rubber film is made of organic polymer. The rubber film is formed with apertures through which liquid can go.
