A nucleic acid extraction device for molecular testing comprises a film-flipping mechanism, a cap mechanism, a dispensing mechanism, an extraction plate transfer mechanism, and a nucleic acid extraction module. A sealing film is adhered onto top of an extraction plate and folded along an outer edge of the extraction plate. A film-flipping head of the film-flipping mechanism abuts against a bottom surface of the extraction plate and pushes an edge of the sealing film to unfold the sealing film. A film gripper clamps and removes the unfolded sealing film. The cap mechanism opens the specimen containers. The dispensing mechanism transfers the specimens from the specimen containers to the extraction plate. The extraction plate transfer mechanism moves the extraction plate with the specimens to the nucleic acid extraction module. As a result, molecular testing is automated to reduce labor and improve quality.

A living body specimen transport device for receiving multiple living body specimens has a frame, a rotating bracket, and a storage assembly. The rotating bracket can be rotated with respect to the frame. The storage assembly can receive a container with a living body specimen and be rotated with respect to the rotating bracket. A center of gravity of the storage assembly is lower than a pivoting point where the rotating bracket is mounted on the frame and a pivoting point where the storage assembly is mounted on the rotating bracket. With such structure, even when the living body specimen transport device is vibrated and shaken during transporting and then the frame of the living body specimen transport device is tilted or turned over, the rotating bracket and the storage assembly can rotate to be vertical by themselves, which keeps the living body specimen being soaked in the preservation solution.

Living body specimen transport device

A culture flask has a flask body. The flask body has two translucent planes, one opening end, one recess end and at least one collecting recess. Both translucent planes are located on the opposite ends of the flask body. A collecting recess is formed on the inner surface of the recess end, while the cross sectional area of the recess end gradually decreases toward the bottom of the collecting recess. By forming a collecting recess with decreased cross sectional area, culture cells can be collected inside the bottom after centrifugation, and therefore the user no longer has to transfer the culture cells and culture medium to a centrifuge tube when replacing culture medium. Consumption of suction tube and centrifuge tube can be avoided, the time to replace the culture medium is reduced, and also the risk of contamination when replacing the culture medium is reduced.

Provided are a cell dispensing and storing apparatus and a method of the same. The method includes: moving a freezing container with a test tube in it and a temporary storage bottle containing sample cells into a dispensing area. Connect the temporary storage bottle with an injecting assembly. A dispensing clamp moves the test tube from the freezing container to a tube rack on a rotating platform. A rotating clamp removes a tube cover from the test tube. An injecting nozzle extracts the sample cells from the temporary storage bottle and dispenses the sample cells into the test tube. The rotating clamp puts the tube cover back on the test tube. The dispensing clamp moves the test tube back into the freezing container. A freezing clamp moves the freezing container into a freezer.

Provided is a tissue slicing device having a first motor, a filling assembly, a filter, a pipe, and a cutter. The filling assembly includes a tube and a piston rod movably inserted through the tube. One end of the piston rod abuts against the first motor. The filter is located at an end of the tube opposite the first motor. The pipe is located at a common side of the first motor and the filling assembly, and includes a nozzle located at an end of the pipe and proximal to an end of the filter opposite the filling assembly. The cutter is proximal to the filter. The guiding body is located at the end of the tube opposite the first motor. Provided is an apparatus having the tissue slicing device, such that manpower and time can be saved, and the tissue slicing degree can be unified.

A system includes an online shopping platform, a ingredient database assembly and a control unit. The control unit transmits to the online shopping platform entries of active ingredient data and preservative ingredient data respectively corresponding to an active ingredient and a preservative ingredient and respectively stored in an active ingredient database and a preservative ingredient database of the ingredient database assembly, for allowing selection of at least one of the entries via the online shopping platform to result in a desired formula. The desired formula is used for subsequent production of a customized ingredient composition when it is determined that the desired formula conforms with rules of formulation.

Provided is a primary cell isolating apparatus that includes, sequentially adjacent, a slicing space, a working space, a picking space, and a sliding device mounted through the above spaces. The slicing space has a slicing device. The working space has a first gate, a heater, a rotating holder, a centrifuge, an open-close cap device, a tube rack, and a liquid transferring device. The first gate is adjacent to the slicing space. The heater is proximal to the first gate, and is sequentially adjacent to the rotating holder and the centrifuge. The open-close cap device is proximal to the first gate and is opposite the heater, and is sequentially adjacent to the tube rack and the liquid transferring device. The picking space has a second gate adjacent to the working space. Also provided is a method of using the primary cell isolating apparatus as abovementioned for saving manpower.

The at least one storage space comprises a container shelf, an upright track, a rotatable holder, and a light tube. The working space comprises a filling station and an inspecting station. The filling station comprises a first delivering device, an open-close device, and a filling mechanism. The inspecting station comprises a first inspecting mechanism and a second delivering device. Also provided is a method of using the cell culture apparatus including steps of filling, inspecting, or collecting cell cultures, therefore, the cell culture apparatus performs multiple cell culture processes automatically.
