A magnetic component module includes a magnetic core group, a first winding, a second winding, and a third winding. The magnetic core group includes a first magnetic core, a second magnetic core disposed corresponding to the first magnetic core, and a third magnetic core disposed corresponding to the second magnetic core. The second magnetic core is placed between the first magnetic core and the third magnetic core. The first winding and the second winding are placed between the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core. The third winding is placed in the third magnetic core. The first magnetic core, the second magnetic core, the first winding, and the second winding together constitute a transformer. The third magnetic core and the third winding constitute an inductive component. Therefore, less components are used, manufacturing is simplified, and production costs are reduced.

Magnetic component module

A magnetic element includes a bobbin assembly, at least one pancake winding assembly, a winding coil assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The bobbin assembly includes plural bobbin units. The plural bobbin units are detachably coupled with each other. Each bobbin unit includes a main body, a coupling structure and at least one engaging structure. The main body includes an external surface, a channel and a first winding section. The coupling structure is disposed on the external surface of the main body. The engaging structure of the bobbin unit is engaged with the engaging structure of an adjacent bobbin unit. The pancake winding assembly is disposed around the main body and coupled with the corresponding coupling structure. The winding coil assembly is wound around the first winding section. The magnetic core assembly is partially accommodated within the channel of the bobbin unit.

Magnetic element and bobbin assembly thereof

A transformer includes a primary side module, a secondary winding structure, and a magnetic core assembly. The primary side module includes a primary winding structure, a first covering structure and a second covering structure. The primary winding structure has a first opening. The first covering structure includes a second opening corresponding to the first opening and a first receiving recess for accommodating the primary winding structure. The first receiving recess is covered and sealed by the second covering structure. The second covering structure includes a third opening corresponding to the first opening. The first opening, the second opening and the third opening are in communication with each other to be defined as a channel. The secondary winding structure includes a fourth opening, which is in communication with the channel. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded within the channel and the fourth opening.

Primary side module and transformer with same

A fly line connector is disclosed. A pin is connected to a main body. A fly line is wrapped around the pin. A first engaging portion is formed on the main body. A first engaging hole is formed in the main body and is opposite to the first engaging portion. When a number of the fly line connectors are combined together, the first engaging portion of one of the fly line connectors is engaged with the first engaging hole of the other one of the fly line connectors.

Fly line connector

An inverter and an electronic apparatus using the inverter are disclosed. The electronic apparatus has a circuit board and an inverter. The circuit board has an opening. The inverter has a wiring frame arranged in the opening. The wiring frame has a wiring portion for wiring coils. The wiring portion has two carrying portions at opposite sides, respectively. Each of the carrying portions has a side portion. A space for accommodating magnet is formed by the wiring portion and the carrying portion and the side portion. A conductive contact is arranged at one side of the side portion and a protrusion is arranged at another side of the side portion. The protrusion is used for being against the surface of the circuit board, and the height of the inverter with respect to the circuit board can thus be adjusted by the protrusion.

Inverter and electronic device using the inverter

A transformer includes a bobbin, at least one primary winding coil, at least one secondary winding coil, and a magnetic core assembly. The bobbin includes a main body, plural extension structures, and plural pin groups. The main body includes a channel, plural winding sections, a first connecting seat, and a second connecting seat. The plural extension structures are connected with the first connecting seat and the second connecting seat, respectively. In addition, each of the plural extension structures has a notch and a stepped structure, and the stepped structure comprises plural stepped parts. Each of the primary winding coil and the secondary winding coil includes plural outlet terminals. The plural outlet terminals of the secondary winding coil are respectively disposed on the plural stepped parts of the stepped structure and fixed on the pin group which is disposed on one of the extension structures.

Transformer

A resonant transformer and resonant converter are disclosed. The resonant transformer includes a first bobbin, a first primary winding coil, plural first secondary winding coils, a second bobbin, a second primary winding coil, plural second secondary winding coils and a magnetic core assembly. The first bobbin includes a first winding section and plural single-trough second winding sections. Plural pins are arranged at the first winding section. The first primary winding coil is wound around the first winding section and connected with the pins. The first secondary winding coils are wound around respective single-trough second winding sections. The second bobbin includes a third winding section and plural single-trough fourth winding sections. The second primary winding coil are wound around the third winding section and connected with the pins at the first winding section of the first bobbin. The second secondary winding coils are wound around respective single-trough fourth winding sections.

Resonant transformer and resonant converter employing same

A transformer structure includes a bobbin, a conductive base, a first winding coil, plural second winding coils, and a magnetic core assembly. The bobbin includes a main body and a channel. The main body has a first winding section and plural first pins. The plural first pins are located at bilateral sides of the main body. The channel runs through the main body. The conductive base is disposed on a bottom side of the bobbin, and includes at least one connecting part. Through the connecting part of the conductive base, at least a portion of the plural first pins are electrically connected with each other. The first winding coil is wound around the first winding section. The second winding coils are connected with corresponding first pins. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the channel of the bobbin.

Transformer structure

A transformer capable of adjusting its height is provided. The transformer is formed on a circuit board having a receiving hole. The transformer comprises a winding module, two magnetic core modules, a plurality of pins and a plurality of supporting bulges. The winding module comprises a winding baseboard and a winding pillar where a winding structure is formed thereon. The winding pillar is received in the receiving hole. The winding baseboard further comprises a corresponding surface heading to the circuit board. The magnetic core modules contact and hold the winding module. The pins are formed on the edge of the to winding baseboard to be connected to the circuit board around the receiving hole. The supporting bulges are formed between the corresponding surface and the circuit board, wherein the height of the corresponding surface relative to the circuit board is adjusted according to the supporting bulges.

Transformer capable of adjusting height

A transformer capable of maintaining its height is provided. The transformer is formed on a circuit board having a receiving hole. The transformer comprises a winding module, two magnetic core modules contacting and holding the winding module, a plurality of pins and at least one supporting means. The winding module comprises a winding baseboard and a winding pillar where a winding structure is formed thereon. The winding pillar is received in the receiving hole. Each of the pins comprises a first bent part separating the corresponding pin into a first portion connected to the winding baseboard and a second portion connected to the circuit board around the receiving hole. The supporting means is formed between the first portion of at least one of the pins and the circuit board to contact the first portion and the circuit board to maintain the distance between them.

Transformer capable of maintaining height

A combined transformer is provided. The transformer comprises at least three bobbins arranged abreast and a core assembly. Each of the bobbins includes two separated guard plates, a winding column, a through groove and two metal pins; the winding column is disposed between the guard plates, while the through groove extends through the guard plates and the winding column. Furthermore, the two metal pins are disposed on one of the guard plates; the winding column is wound with a coil, and two end portions of the coil are connected to the two metal pins respectively. The core assembly includes two separated magnetic plates and at least three separated magnetic columns disposed between the magnetic plates. The bobbins are sandwiched between the magnetic plates, and the magnetic columns are located in the through grooves. Thus, the combined transformer can have a reduced thickness and multiple outputs.

Combined transformer

A transformer includes a bobbin assembly, a primary winding coil, a first secondary winding coil, a second secondary winding coil, and a magnetic core assembly. The bobbin assembly includes a primary winding part, a first secondary winding part, a second secondary winding part and a channel. A first opening is formed in a bottom surface of the bobbin assembly and communicates with the channel. The primary winding coil is wound around the primary winding part. The first secondary winding coil is wound around the first secondary winding part. The second secondary winding coil is wound around the second secondary winding part. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the channel of the bobbin assembly, and includes a first magnetic part and a second magnetic part. The second magnetic part includes a first extension post, and the first extension post is inserted into the first opening of the bobbin assembly.

Transformer having leakage inductance

A multi-loop power factor correction circuit includes a first rectifier circuit, an integrated multi-inductor magnetic member, plural switching circuits, plural rectifying elements, and a power factor correction controlling circuit. The integrated multi-inductor magnetic member includes a first slab, a second slab, a middle post, plural lateral posts, and plural winding coil assemblies. The winding coil assemblies are wound around respective lateral posts to form at least a first inductor and a second inductor. The magnetic flux cross-section area of the middle post is smaller than the sum of the magnetic flux cross-section areas of the lateral posts. The switching circuits are alternately conducted, so that the distribution of an input AC current is similar to the waveform of the input AC voltage.

Integrated multi-inductor magnetic member and multi-loop power factor correction circuit having same

A magnetic element includes a bobbin, a first winding assembly, a second winding assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The bobbin includes a winding part, a first extension part and a second extension part. The first extension part and the second extension part are separated from each other by the winding part. The first winding assembly is wound around the winding part of the bobbin, and includes plural first terminals. The second winding assembly is wound around the winding part of the bobbin, and includes plural second terminals. The magnetic core assembly includes a first window and a second window. The first extension part is protruded out of the first window. The second extension part is protruded out of the second window. At least one of the first terminals and at least one of the second terminals are simultaneously fixed on the first extension part and/or the second extension part.

Magnetic element and bobbin thereof

A bobbin of a transformer includes a main body and plural connecting bases. The main body has two side plates. The two side plates are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the main body. A winding section is defined within the two side plates for winding a winding coil. The plural connecting bases are disposed on the two opposite sides of the main body and connected with the side plates. Plural wire-arranging grooves are formed in a bottom surface of each connecting base. Each side plate has an inner recess in communication with a corresponding wire-arranging groove. An initial winding segment of the winding coil is accommodated within the wire-arranging groove and the inner recess, thereby preventing the winding coil from rubbing against the initial winding segment during the winding coil is wound on the winding section.
