An anti-dust structure for a sliding block of a linear guideway comprises a sliding block, two end caps, plural rolling elements, a flexible anti-dust strip and a rail. The two end caps are assembled to both ends of the sliding block, the rolling elements are disposed on the rail. Between the end cap and the sliding block is defined a circulating path. The two end caps are each extended from an inner side thereof to form a linking portion, and the two linking portions of the two end caps are linked to each other to define an endless positioning groove including two longitudinal grooves and two transverse grooves. The flexible anti-dust strip is disposed in the positioning groove of the end caps and integrally formed with protruding lip portions for cooperating with the two longitudinal grooves.

A synchronous chain for a liner guideway moved in the guideway by cooperating with rolling elements, which is characterized in that: both ends of the chain are connected to a head portion and a tail portion respectively, furthermore, the head portion and the tail portion are interconnected in a staggered manner, a moving space is predetermined in the radial part of head portion and the tail portion, in addition, a shape formed by the interconnection of the head portion and the tail portion is a sphere. In such way, the synchronous chain not only can avoid the interference during circulation, also the sphere formed by the interconnection of the head portion and the tail portion has the guiding effect, and can absorb the size variation by cooperating with the radial degree of freedom, furthermore, it is convenient for mass production and assembly.

A lubricating device for a linear guideway, used at either side of the slide block of a linear guideway, comprises: a housing, oil-containing member, magnets and metallic magnetic members. Using a magnetic force to push the oil-containing member against the rail, the magnetic force will not fatigue but will increase with the reduction in distance between the magnets and the metallic magnetic members, therefore, the oil-containing member can be kept in a good contact with the rolling passage of the rail, and the lubricating oil can be continuously transmitted from the oil-containing member to the surface of the rail, thus lubricating the linear guideway automatically without disassembling it.

An adjusting structure for adjusting amount of lubricant applied to a linear guideway comprises a self-lubricating oil tank, a positioning board and at least one adjusting board. The self-lubricating oil tank is fixed on the slide block, and the self-lubricating oil tank has an oil-storage space and a lubricating unit. The adjusting board and the positioning board are superposed and arranged between the oil-storage space and the lubricating unit. The displacement of the adjusting board can change the size of the aligned apertures of the positioning board and the adjusting board, and can precisely adjust the amount of lubricating oil transmitted from the oil-storage space to the lubricating unit. Therefore, the present invention can use the adjusting board to change the lubricating effect at any time, it not only can save lubricating oil but also can improve the lubricating effect.

Adjusting structure for adjusting amount of lubricant applied to a linear guideway

A linear sliding rail has a self-lubricating unit capable of adjusting a lubricant amount supplied therefrom. The linear sliding rail has a sliding body and a lubricant tank fitted thereon. Within the lubricant tank, a lubricant-containing device is received, through which a lubricant is released to lubricant the sliding rail. Within the lubricant tank, there are also pressing bodies. Screws are used to assemble the components in the self-lubricating unit and penetrate and protrude the tank cover so that a distal end of each of the screws may be connected with an adjustment bolt. Thus, the purpose of lubricant amount adjustment may be achieved by placing the pressing bodies against the lubricant-containing device at different levels according to the user's requirement.

A linear guideway with quick release oil tanks comprises: a rail, a slide block disposed on the rail, connectors and an oil tank disposed at an ends of the slide block. The oil tanks is 'II'-shaped and includes a base portion and two extension portions, a distance between the two extension portions is larger than a maximum width of the rail, and a maximum width of the base portion of the oil tanks is shorter than a distance between an upper surface of the rail and a top surface of the slide block. The connectors each have a connecting portion and an engaging portion, and is axially defined with a through hole, and the oil tanks are defined with an oil outlet for engaging with the engaging portion of the connectors.
