An inspecting and repairing device of additive manufacturing technology and a method thereof are provided. The inspecting and repairing device has a powder bed unit, a repairing unit, and an inspection unit. The powder bed unit has a powder platform, a powder spreading mechanism and a laser unit. The repairing unit has a processing mechanism. The inspection unit has a camera and a controller. According to an image of the powder platform captured by the camera, the controller can determine whether spreading powders, whether being overcome a powder spreading defect, or whether driving the processing mechanism to repair a surface of a workpiece.

Inspecting and repairing device of additive manufacturing technology and method thereof

A laser device for additive manufacturing and an operation method thereof are provided. The laser device has a laser generation unit, a spectroscopic unit, a control unit, and a lens assembly unit. A laser beam is split into two or more beams by disposing the spectroscopic unit and the lens assembly unit. Thus, a roughness of a process surface and a process time can be reduced.

Laser device for additive manufacturing and operation method thereof

A rolling type 3D printing device for recycling powders and an operation method thereof are provided. The rolling type 3D printing device has a rolling mechanism, at least one optical module, and a powder conveying module. The rolling mechanism holds a workpiece and receives powders. Cylindrical or cone workpieces can be laminated by the rolling type 3D printing device through the design of the rolling mechanism.

A processing apparatus with a novel structure where a tool side rotates in relation to a main body side, capable of producing excellent quality transmission of an electrical signal from the tool side to the main body side with a simpler and more compact composition, and capable of driving an ultrasonic transducer provided on the tool side more effectively. A pair of signal coils are disposed between the main body side and the tool side so as to be able to transmit an electrical signal, and a power supply frequency to the ultrasonic transducer provided to the tool side is controlled by a power supply control member. At least one of the signal coils is provided with a coil winding path that reduces noise electromotive force generated due to an effect from power coils provided to the main body side and the tool side.

Processing apparatus

An electricity supply tool holder for a machining center is provided, and has: a holder body, a stationary coil portion, a rotating coil portion, a lateral fixing portion, and an electrical machinery. The stationary coil portion is provided with a primary coil therein; the rotating coil portion is correspondingly provided with a secondary coil therein; and the lateral fixing portion is fixed on a side of the stationary coil portion used for removably combining with a machining center. When the tool holder is rotated, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted through the lateral fixing portion to the primary coil, then inducing the secondary coil, then the electric power/signal is transmitted to the electrical machinery. Additionally, the lateral fixing portion can be switched into a locked position to temporarily limit rotation, so that it can be used in a machining center of an Automatic Tool Changing (ATC) system.

Electricity supply tool holder for machining center

A machine tool of high-frequency vibration is provided. A main shaft structure of the machine tool comprises a rotating shaft, the end of which is provided with a tool holder chuck for fixing a tool holder; the upper portion of which is provided with a rotating coil portion; the main shaft structure is correspondingly provided with a stationary coil portion; and the tool holder is provided with a high-frequency vibration module. By non-contact coils, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted into the high-frequency vibration module to avoid a wear phenomenon in a contact-rotating electrode. Because the inductive coil is arranged outside of the tool holder, the manufacturing cost of the tool holder is reduced, and the convenience of changing the tool holder is increased. Moreover, the machining stability and efficiency of the tool holder are improved by a control method of sensing/feedback signals with wireless transmission.

Machine tool of high-frequency vibration

A multi-rod mechanism for opening and closing molds is provided and includes a single cam, a first side connection rod assembly located on a first side of the cam, a first mold actuated by the first side connection rod assembly, a linkage connection rod, a second side connection rod assembly located on a second side of the cam and actuated by the linkage connection rod, and a second mold actuated by the second side connection rod assembly. The multi-rod mechanism only uses the single cam to simultaneously actuate the first and second molds, so that the structure of the multi-rod mechanism can be simplified, while the vibration, loading, noise and abrasion of components during operation can be relatively reduced.

A transmission mechanism with intermittent output movement includes an output shaft rotatably mounted to first and second cams and a sun gear mounted to the output shaft. A first rocker includes a first planet gear meshed with the sun gear and first and second rollers rotatably mounted on opposite sides of the first planet gear and respectively in contact with the first and second cams. A second rocker includes a second planet gear meshed with the sun gear. An end of a first connecting rod is mounted to the first rocker. An end of a second connecting rod is mounted to the second rocker. Two ends of a link are rotatably mounted to the other ends of the first and second connecting rods. A planet gear carrier is mounted to an input shaft coaxial to the input shaft and includes an end rotatably mounted to the first rocker.

Transmission mechanism with intermittent output movement

A multi-rod structure for opening and closing molds is provided and includes a single cam, a first side connection rod assembly located on a first side of the cam and having a first side triple connection rod, a first mold actuated by the first side triple connection rod, a linkage connection rod, a second side connection rod assembly located on a second side of the cam and having a second side triple connection rod actuated by the linkage connection rod, and a second mold actuated by the second side triple connection rod. The multi-rod structure only uses the single cam to simultaneously actuate the first and second molds, so that the structure can be simplified, while the vibration, loading, noise and abrasion of components during operation can be relatively reduced.
