A cooling appliance for cooling hot beverages has a base, a heat conducting bar and an electric fan. The heat conducting bar is mounted securely in the base. The electric fan is attached to the base. The heat conducting bar extends into the hot beverages and transmits heat to the base. The electric fan blows air to cool the base. Therefore the cooling appliance can cool the hot beverage in a very short time.

A fan device includes a casing having a recess defined in a first side thereof so as to receive a fan unit therein, and a hole defined through a second side of the casing. An outlet is defined in a side of the casing. The fan unit includes a first ring and a motor is located at a center of the first ring. A plurality of inner blades extend from an inner periphery of the first ring and a plurality of outer blades extend from an outer periphery and an underside of the first ring. The inner plates are connected to the motor. The fan device sucks air from both sides of the casing and the air flows out from the outlet smoothly.

Fan device for removing heat from heat sources

A driving circuit of an AC fan motor has an AC to DC converter, a regulated voltage divider, a motor driving unit, two windings each having many coils and a harmonic wave suppression unit. The AC to DC converter converts AC power to high voltage DC power. Since the motor driving unit requires low voltage DC power, the motor driving unit is connected to the AC to DC converter through the regulated voltage divider. The two windings are directly connected to the AC to DC converter to obtain the high voltage DC power. Therefore, when the motor driving unit drives the windings, a large current will pass through the winding to increase rotation ration. Since each winding has many coils, the large current can be held in a suitable range to prevent the winding from being damaged by the large current.

A cooling fan with dual blade sets has an impeller formed by a rotatable hub, a stator assembly, and a shell. A plurality of mini blades and a plurality of guide blades are respectively formed on a bottom surface and an external surface of the rotatable hub. The impeller has a plurality of holes defined on the bottom surface being arranged in a circle adjacent to the mini blades. Therefore when the impeller rotates, the mini blades are able to drive out the heat in an inner space between the impeller and the shell through the holes to outside.

A stator coil for a radiator fan, the stator coil consists of at least two enamel wires co-axially wound together. Each of the enamel wires has opposite first and second ends extended out from the stator coil. The first and second ends of the at least two enamel wires optionally connected in different connection ways so that the stator coil is optionally formed as a uni-coil winding in parallel connection, a uni-coil winding in series connection or a multiple-coil winding to satisfy different requirements of the radiator.

A cone-shaped foot of which a maximum diameter is larger than that of the leg is formed at the lower end of the leg. A head is formed at an upper end of the leg. Two flexible bow arms are oppositely formed at two sides of the leg, each with a first end fixed on a bottom face of the head. A ring is formed on second ends of the bow arms. An opening is defined in the ring for the leg extending therethrough. A resilient member is provided outside the leg and extends through the opening.

Fastener for a heat-radiator on a chip

A stator includes an integrated yoke with upper and lower insulators provided on upper and lower ends thereof and stator coils directly wound around the insulators and the yoke. Wherein the yoke has an outer annular member and an inner annular member integrally formed therewith. The upper and lower insulators respectively have two outer rings and two inner rings integrally formed therewith corresponding to the outer and inner annular members of the yoke. Whereby the structure of the stator is simple and manufacturing of the stator is efficient.

An air flow guide device for mounting on a heat dispensing fan includes a U-shaped frame and each of the three sides of the frame has a curve outer surface. A plate is connected between two distal ends of the frame and extends inclinedly from a top edge of the two distal ends of the frame, and a slot is defined between the two distal ends of the frame and the plate. Air flow smoothly flows over the curve smooth surfaces and is sucked by the fan. The plate prevents the exhausted air from being sucked by the fan.

A blade for a cooling fan is formed on an outer periphery of a rotor of the cooling fan and is curved. The blade has a convex outer surface and a concave inner surface. A curved angle of the blade between a line through the center of the rotor and a root of the convex outer surface and a line through the root and a tip of the convex outer surface is between 30&deg; to 40&deg;. A plane surface is formed on the concave inner surface and at a distal end of the blade. A first cutout is defined at a bottom side and a proximate end of the blade. A second cutout is defined at the upper side and the distal end of the blade.

A cooling fan has a housing. A stator is securely mounted in the housing and has a coil, an upper pole sheet and a lower pole sheet coaxially provided at a top and a bottom of the coil respectively. A circuit board is provided beneath the lower pole sheet. An oil-retaining bearing is mounted in the stator. A rotator is received in the housing and has a cap covering the stator. A spindle is formed at the center of the cap and inserted through the oil-retaining bearing. A dustproof disk is provided between the circuit board and the lower pole sheet and is received in the cap of the rotator. A gap between the circuit board and the cap is sealed by the dustproof disk, and dust will not enter into the rotator to block the oil-retaining bearing.

A cooling fan has a housing with a chamber defined therein. The housing has a seat provided in the chamber, a sleeve made of non-magnetized material and formed on the seat, a self-lubricating bearing received in the sleeve, a magnetic ring provided at a top of the sleeve, and lubricant received between the bearing and the magnetic ring. A circuit board is provided on the seat and outside the sleeve. A coil is provided on the circuit board and outside the sleeve. A rotor is rotatably mounted on the sleeve. The rotor has a hollow body covering the coil and the circuit board. A spindle is formed at a center of the hollow body and extends through the magnetic ring and in the bearing. A gap is defined between the magnetic ring and the spindle. Magnetic liquid is received in the gap for preventing the lubricant from escaping.

A bearing assembly for a heat dissipation fan includes a bearing and a cap. The bearing has multiple grooves peripherally defined in the cylindrical body and a room defined in the body to communicate with the through hole in the center of the body. The cap is securely mounted on top of the bearing so that lubricant is able to be stopped from further movement away from the room.

A heat dissipation fan has a casing, a stator, a lubricating bushing and a fan. The stator is secured to the casing with a sleeve. The lubricating bushing has lubricant contained therein and is mounted in the sleeve. The fan is rotatably mounted in the casing and has a permanent magnet to be a rotor. A shaft extends from the fan and through a passage defined through the lubricating bushing. A locking disk is securely mounted on the shaft to hold the lubricating bushing. An oil guide is arranged on the lubricating bushing. Accordingly, the air in the cavity can be released from the oil guide during the assembly of the dissipation fan. The oil guide can keep oil from flowing out of the sleeve and drying out the lubricating bushing. The useful life of the dissipation fan is prolonged.

A heat dissipation fan has a casing, two fans and multiple stationary blades. The fans are co-axially rotatably mounted in the casing. Multiple rotating blades are arranged around the outer periphery of each fan. The stationary blades are secured in the casing and between the rotating blades of the two fans. The angle of the rotating blades on both of the fans is the same. The angle of the stationary blades is perpendicular to that of the passing rotating blades. Accordingly, the airflow generated by the dissipation fan will be enhanced with the multiple layers of rotating blades. The stationary blades reverse the direction of the airflow. The dissipating effect of the dissipation fan is further increased.

A fastener has a leg, a foot, an elastic portion and a flange formed on the leg, wherein the elastic portion has a ring around the leg and two bow arms oppositely connects two sides of the ring with two sides of the leg. The flange is higher than the ring of the elastic on the leg, so that the movement of the bow arms is limited by the flange. Therefore the fastener ensures the bow arms has elasticity after installation into the heat sink.
