A holding device includes first and second walls, an adapter card, a deformable sheet member, a set of contact pads, and a force-imparting unit. The first and second walls define an accommodating space, and an insertion space that is reduced in width from the accommodating space. The adapter card extends into the accommodating space through the insertion space. The deformable sheet member has a first end portion that is secured to the first wall, and a second end portion that is sandwiched securely between the adapter card and the first wall. The contact pads are attached to the deformable sheet member. The force-imparting unit is operable so as to impart a pushing force on the deformable sheet member for elastically deforming the deformable sheet member to a contact position, where the contact pads are flush with a planar surface of the adapter card.

Holding device for holding a tested electronic module

A carpet stretching device includes a housing, a piston unit, a carpet gripping head connected to the housing, a fluid supply unit connected to the housing, and an anchor member. The housing has front and rear ends, and a receiving space between the front and rear ends. The piston unit includes a piston member disposed in the receiving space for moving relative to the housing, a piston rod extending out of the housing through the front end, and a biasing member provided between the rear end of the housing and the piston member. The anchor member is attached to a front end of the piston rod in front of the carpet gripping head.

Carpet stretching device

A water-saving device for a faucet includes a hose and a control assembly connected to the hose and adapted to be located upstream of the faucet. The control assembly includes a housing, a plunger, an operation unit connected to an end portion of the plunger, and a biasing unit disposed in the housing. The housing has inlet and outlet ports, a passage in fluid communication with the inlet and outlet ports, and a valve seat disposed in the passage. The plunger has a valve portion to be seated on the valve seat. The biasing unit moves the valve portion to a closing position in which the valve portion is seated against the valve seat, and the operation unit moves the valve portion to an open position in which the valve portion is moved away from the valve seat.
