A refrigeration system and a lubricating method thereof. The refrigeration system () includes: a compressor (), a condenser (), an evaporator (), and a lubrication circuit (), the lubrication circuit including a post-lubrication flow path () connected from the compressor into the condenser and the evaporator respectively; and a pre-lubrication flow path () connected from the condenser and the evaporator into the compressor respectively; wherein after flowing from the condenser via the pre-lubrication flow path to the compressor for lubrication, a part of refrigerant for lubrication can flow back to the evaporator via the post-lubrication flow path; or after flowing from the evaporator via the pre-lubrication flow path to the compressor for lubrication, the part of refrigerant for lubrication can flow back to the condenser via the post-lubrication flow path.

Refrigeration system and the lubrication method thereof

The present invention relates to a flow balancer for an evaporator, comprising: a permeable assembly comprising at least one gas- and fluid-permeable plate and located above a heat exchange tube bundle of the evaporator; a sealing assembly disposed on a periphery of the permeable assembly and constructed to be nonpermeable to gas and fluid; and a mounting assembly constructed to support the permeable assembly and the sealing assembly. The present invention also relates to an evaporator comprising the flow balancer. The flow balancer of the present invention has the advantages of simple structure and convenient manufacturing and mounting, can balance the pressure distribution above the heat exchange tube bundle, and can achieve a more even distribution of the refrigerant liquid level in the length direction of the heat exchange tube bundle.

Flow balancer and evaporator having the same

A chiller system is provided and includes a chiller, a lubrication assembly and a controller. The chiller includes a compressor, a condenser, an expansion assembly and an evaporator in fluid communication with one another. The lubrication assembly is operably coupled to the compressor, the condenser and the evaporator and is formed to define first-third pathways via a three-way valve and a fourth pathway. The first pathway is configured for pumping refrigerant through the chiller, the second pathway is configured for pre-storing refrigerant in the chiller, the third pathway is configured for removing refrigerant from the chiller and the fourth pathway is configured for charging refrigerant into the chiller. The controller is configured to control the lubrication assembly to selectively engage one of the first-fourth pathways.

A system comprises the integrated combination of: a condenser having a condenser water path leg extending from a water inlet to a water outlet; a first expansion device; a flash tank economizer; a second expansion device; an evaporator having an evaporator water path leg extending from a water inlet to a water outlet; and a refrigerant flowpath passing sequentially through the condenser, the first expansion device, the economizer, the second expansion device and the evaporator. The flash tank economizer comprises a horizontally elongate body having a first end and a second end. The economizer has an inlet conduit having an outlet. The economizer has a liquid outlet, a vapor outlet, and a medium between the outlet of the inlet conduit and the liquid outlet. A length of the refrigerant flowpath between the first expansion device and the outlet of the inlet conduit is at least 0.5 m.
