A key structure includes a protective cover and a keycap. The keycap includes flow-guiding bevel surface. When the protective cover and the keycap are adhered on each other through a glue material, an excess portion of the glue material is retained on the flow-guiding bevel surface. Consequently, the excess portion of the glue material will not spread to other regions.

Key structure

A keyboard device with a protecting function and a manufacturing method of the keyboard device are provided. Firstly, a mold is provided. Then, a frame material is placed into the mold to form a frame body, and a film material is placed into the mold to form a protective film. Consequently, the protective film is fixed on the frame body. After the mold is removed, a keyboard module is assembled with the frame body. Consequently, the keyboard device is manufactured. The protective film includes a sheet-like portion, plural connection portions and plural covering portions. The frame body includes plural spacer structures and plural perforations. The sheet-like portion is fixed on the plural spacer structures. The keyboard module includes a base plate and plural keys. The keycap is penetrated through the corresponding perforation and contacted with the corresponding covering portion.

Keyboard device with protecting function and manufacturing method thereof

A membrane circuit structure with function expandability is provided. The membrane circuit structure includes a substrate, a lower circuit layer and a covering layer. The substrate includes a first region and at least one second region. The at least one second region is arranged near the first region. The lower circuit layer is printed on the first region. The lower circuit layer is made of a first conductive material. The covering layer is electroplated on a portion of a surface of the lower circuit layer. The covering layer is made of a second conductive material. At least one expansion line is welded on the corresponding second region, and electrically connected with the covering layer and a corresponding function-expanding unit.

Membrane circuit structure with function expandability

A keyboard device includes a key structure, a switch circuit board, a base plate, a soft covering element and a buffering pad. The key structure includes a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is connected with the keycap and the soft covering element. The soft covering element is disposed on the base plate. An accommodation space is defined by the soft covering element and the base plate collaboratively. The stabilizer bar is inserted into the accommodation space, so that the stabilizer bar is connected with the base plate. The buffering pad is disposed on the base plate and partially received within the accommodation space. The stabilizer bar and the base plate are made of metallic material. Since the stabilizer bar and the base plate are separated by the soft covering element and the buffering pad, the keyboard device is capable of reducing noise.

Keyboard device

A magnetic key includes a keycap, a base plate, a membrane circuit member, a frame, a first magnetic element, a second magnetic element, and a third magnetic element. The frame includes a first concave structure, a second concave structure and an opening. An accommodation space is defined by the frame and a first protrusion structure and a second protrusion structure of the base plate. The first magnetic element is received within the first concave structure. The second magnetic element is received within the second concave structure. The third magnetic element is disposed under the keycap and accommodated within the accommodation space. In response to a first magnetic force between the first and third magnetic elements and a second magnetic force between the second and third magnetic elements, the keycap is protruded out of the opening.

Magnetic type keyboard and magnetic key thereof

A keyboard module includes a first key and a second key. The first key includes a first keycap and a first scissors-type connecting element. The first scissors-type connecting element includes a first outer frame and a first inner frame. The second key includes a second keycap and a second scissors-type connecting element. The second scissors-type connecting element includes a second outer frame and a second inner frame. The first outer frame, the first inner frame and the second inner frame have symmetrical structures. The second outer frame has an asymmetrical structure.

Keyboard key using an asymmetric scissor-type connecting element

An illuminated keyboard includes at least one light-emitting element, a membrane switch circuit module, plural keys, a fixing plate, and a proximity sensor. The fixing plate includes plural openings, plural joining regions, and plural fixing regions. The plural fixing regions are arranged between the plural openings for fixing plural elastic elements of the plural keys. The proximity sensor includes an induction antenna circuit. The induction antenna circuit is formed on the plural joining regions or the plural fixing regions of the fixing plate for sensing whether an object enters a sensing range.

Illuminated keyboard

A key structure includes a base plate, a switch circuit board, a keycap, and an enclosure frame. The keycap includes a magnetic element. The magnetic element is disposed on an edge part of the keycap. The enclosure frame includes a magnetic coating layer. The magnetic coating layer is formed on an edge part of the enclosure frame and disposed over the magnetic element. When the keycap is depressed, the keycap is moved to trigger the switch circuit board, so that the switch circuit board generates a key signal. When the keycap is no longer depressed, the keycap is moved toward the magnetic coating layer in response to the magnetic force. The key structure can be normally operated without the need of installing an elastic rubbery element.

A keyboard includes a membrane switch circuit module, a metallic supporting plate, plural keys, an induction antenna assembly, and a signal processing unit. The induction antenna assembly includes a first partition plate, a second partition plate and an antenna layer. The first partition plate is arranged between the metallic supporting plate and the keycap of a specified key. The second partition plate is connected with the first partition plate and arranged between the first partition plate and the keycap of the specified key. The antenna layer is arranged between the first partition plate and the second partition plate. The signal processing unit is electrically connected with the antenna layer. When the antenna layer senses that an object enters the sensing range, the signal processing unit issues a sensing signal.
