The present disclosure provides an electronic device, and a radio-frequency device and a signal transmission component thereof. The signal transmission component is operable in an operating frequency band and applied in a radio frequency device having a signal connector and a radio frequency circuit. The signal transmission component includes a signal transmission line and an electrostatic protection unit. The signal transmission line is disposed between the signal connector and the radio frequency circuit. The electrostatic protection unit is electrically connected to the signal transmission line, and includes a connecting end and a grounding end. An impedance of the electrostatic protection unit is greater than an impedance of the signal transmission line. An electrical length is defined between the connecting end and the grounding end, and the electrical length is less than &#xbc; of a wavelength corresponding to a lowest operating frequency within the operating frequency band.

Electronic device, and radio-frequency device and signal transmission component thereof

A tunable antenna is disclosed. The tunable antenna includes a ground element for providing grounding, a signal feed-in terminal, a radiation unit electrically connected to the signal feed-in terminal and including a long side extended from the signal feed-in terminal along a first direction, a short side extended from the signal feed-in terminal along a second direction, and a branch electrically connected between the signal feed-in terminal and the ground element, a coupling unit for coupling to the long side, and a switch unit for connecting or disconnecting the coupling unit to/from the ground element to change a coupling relationship between the coupling unit and the long side, such that the tunable antenna respectively operates in a first frequency band and a second frequency band.

Tunable antenna and related radio-frequency device

A wideband antenna includes a grounding element electrically connected to a ground, a radiating element, a matching adjustment element electrically connected to the radiating element, a feed-in element electrically connected between the matching adjustment element and the grounding element for receiving feed-in signals, and a shorting element electrically connected between the matching adjustment element and the grounding element. A width of the matching adjustment element is related to a bandwidth of the wideband antenna.

Wideband antenna

The present invention discloses an RF device for a wireless communication device, including a grounding element, an antenna, including a radiating element, a feed-in element, a coupling element, a switch, coupled between the coupling element and the grounding element, for connecting or disconnecting the grounding element to the coupling element, such that the antenna respectively operates in a first frequency band and a second frequency band, and a grounding terminal, for coupling the grounding element, a capacitive sensing element, for sensing an environment capacitance within a specific range through the radiating element, at least one capacitor, for blocking a DC route from the grounding terminal to the grounding element.

Radio-frequency device and wireless communication device

A radio-frequency (RF) device and a wireless communication device include a capacitive sensing unit capable of using a radiating element of an antenna to sensing an environment capacitance within a specified range, such that an RF signal processing device is capable of adjusting power of an RF signal accordingly, to prevent affecting a user. When the radiating element of the antenna includes a direct-current signal route to a ground terminal, the RF device and the wireless communication device further includes at least a capacitor for cutting off the direct-current signal route.

A wideband antenna for a radio transceiver device includes a first radiating element for transmitting and receiving wireless signals of a first frequency band, a second radiating element for transmitting and receiving wireless signals of a second frequency band, a grounding unit, a connection strip having one end coupled to the first radiating element and the second radiating element, and another end coupled to the grounding unit, and a feeding terminal coupled to the connection strip for transmitting wireless signals of the first frequency band and the second frequency band. The second frequency band is lower than the second frequency band, and the connection strip includes a structure extending toward the first radiating element.

A system for displaying images is disclosed. A display device comprises a first substrate comprising a plurality of pixels, each comprising RGB transparent sub-pixel regions. A second substrate comprises RGB regions opposite the first substrate, wherein the transparent sub-pixel regions respectively correspond to the three major color regions. A light blocking layer is disposed in one of the transparent sub-pixel regions of the first substrate. A photo spacer corresponding to the light blocking layer is formed, supporting the opposite first and second substrates.

System for displaying images

A driver device for providing multi-resolution modes for a display device, a liquid crystal display panel for example, is provided in this invention. This display driver includes a pixel circuit and a gate driving circuit. The gate driving circuit is coupled to the pixel circuit via a plurality of gate lines and determines either an original gate driving signal or a target gate driving signal to be the gate drive signal in response to the gate control signal. Wherein a switch circuit is configured for switching between the original driving signal and the target gate driving signal via a plurality of switches corresponding to shift registers therein. A source driving circuit is further incorporated in this present invention to configure a multi-resolution display device, coupled to the pixel circuit via a plurality of source lines and outputs the source driving signal in response to a source control signal.

Multi-resolution driver device

A shift register and a shift register are provided. The shift register comprises the switch circuit, the latch circuit, and the inverter circuit. The shift register set, by alternately-serially connecting two types of shift registers, can receive two clock signals and an initial pulse signal to control the output waveform. The output of the present stage shift register can be used to control the turn-on time of the nest stage shift register. Further, by changing the circuit driving signal from the dynamic signal to the static signal, the circuit can operate only when the signal is '0' or '1' without being affected by the signal rising time and the falling time so that the circuit can operate in a more stable status.

Shift register and shift register set using the same

The LCD device includes a pixel circuit and a driving circuit. The pixel circuit comprises thin film transistors serving for driving pixels of the LCD The driving circuit is coupled to the pixel circuit, generating a driving signal for driving the transistors. The gate terminal driving signal of the pixel transistors has a high state and a low state, and the threshold voltage of the transistor is set at a level at zero volt, or depending on whether the transistor is n-type or p-type, between zero volt and the low or high states of the gate terminal driving signal, respectively.

Liquid crystal display

A switching signal generator of an active matrix display is disclosed. The switching signal generator includes at least one delay device connected to the switches of the active matrix display. The delay device consists of many delay units connected in series for receiving a source switching signal and correspondingly generating a plurality of target switching signals controlling the switches. There is a constant phase shift between any two successive target switching signals so that the switches are switched on one by one at regular intervals.

Active matrix display and switching signal generator of same

A single pixel driving circuit for a transflective LCD is disclosed. It uses different digital/analog (D/A) signal converters to control the gamma correction signals of the transmissive liquid crystal capacitor and the reflective liquid crystal capacitor to improve the display quality of the transflective LCD. The driving circuit contains a first transistor and a second transistor whose gates couple together to a scan line, a first signal converter coupled to the source of the first transistor via a first data line, and a second signal converter coupled to the source of the second transistor via a second data line. The drain of the first transistor is coupled to the transmissive liquid crystal capacitor. The drain of the second transistor is coupled to the reflective liquid crystal capacitor.

Single pixel driver for transflective LCD

A shift register unit. The shift register unit outputs a shift register signal according to a clock signal, an inverse clock signal and a start signal. The shift register has first and second clock inversion circuits, and an inverter. In the first clock inversion circuit, a third PMOS transistor has a third source coupled to the first voltage, a third gate and a third drain. A fourth PMOS transistor has a fourth source coupled to the third drain, a fourth gate and a fourth drain coupled to the second voltage. A fifth PMOS transistor has a fifth source coupled to the third drain, a fifth drain coupled to the first gate, and a fifth gate. A sixth PMOS transistor having a sixth source coupled to the third gate, a sixth drain coupled to the second gate, and a sixth gate coupled to the fifth gate.

Shift register unit and signal driving circuit using the same

A transflective liquid crystal display (LCD) includes at least a transmission pixel region and at least a reflection pixel region positioned in a pixel region. The transmission region includes at least a transmissive electrode connected to a first switching element. The reflection pixel region includes at least a reflective electrode connected to a second switching element. The transmissive and the reflective electrodes are controlled respectively by independent switching elements.

Transflective liquid crystal display

A method of fabricating a thin film transistor (TFT) with self-aligned structure. A substrate is provided, with a semiconductor layer and gate insulation layer formed in sequence thereon, followed by formation of a conductive layer on the gate insulation layer, and definition of the conductive layer to form a gate conductive layer and a dummy conductive layer. The dummy conductive layer is on both sides of the gate conductive layer and provided with a gap therebetween. A first ion implantation is performed via the gap to form a lightly doped region on the semiconductor layer thereunder, and a sacrificial layer is formed to fill the gap. The dummy conductive layer is removed. The gate conductive layer and the remaining sacrificial layer are used as a mask. Finally, a second ion implantation is performed to form a heavily doped source/drain region on the semiconductor layer.
