An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, and a capacitor. The first trace includes at least two sub-traces. One terminal of each of the at least two sub-traces are coupled to each other at a first node. The second trace includes at least two sub-traces. One terminal of each of the at least two sub-traces are coupled to each other at a second node. The capacitor is coupled to the first node and the second node.

Inductor device

An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, an input/output terminal, a center-tapped terminal, and an interlaced connection portion. The first trace is located on a first layer. The second is located on the first layer. The input/output terminal is disposed at a first side of the inductor device. The center-tapped terminal is disposed at a second side of the inductor device. The interlaced connection portion is disposed at a third side or a fourth side of the inductor device, and coupled to the first trace or the second trace. No interlaced connection structure is disposed along a connection line between the input/output terminal and the center-tapped terminal.

A power amplifying circuit includes a first input terminal applied with a first bias voltage, a first amplifying circuit generating a first output signal and a second output signal according to an input signal and a first matching circuit combining the first output signal and the second output signal to generate an output signal. The first amplifying circuit includes a first transistor having a first electrode coupled to the first input terminal and a second electrode applied with a second bias voltage and a second transistor having a first electrode s coupled to the first input terminal and a second electrode applied with a third bias voltage. The first transistor generates the first output signal according to the first bias voltage and the second bias voltage. The second transistor generates the second output signal according to the first bias voltage and the third bias voltage.

Power amplifying circuits

An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, a third trace, a fourth trace, and a double ring inductor. The first trace is disposed in a first area, and located on a first layer. The second trace is disposed in the first area, coupled to the first trace, and located on a second layer. The third trace is disposed in a second area, and located on the first layer. The fourth trace is disposed in the second area, coupled to the third trace, and located on the second layer. The double ring inductor is disposed on the first layer, located at outer side of the first trace and the third trace, and coupled to the first trace and the third trace.

A transformer device includes first to third coils. The first coil includes first segments and a first connecting portion. The first segments are coupled to each other through the first connecting portion. The second coil includes second segments and second connecting portions. The second segments are coupled to each other through the second connecting portions. The third coil includes third segments and third connecting portions. The third segments form a ring structure through the third connecting portions, in order to couple the first coil and the second coil. A first portion of the first segments and a second portion of the second segments are arranged in a range of the ring structure, the first portion of the first segments is arranged in a range of the second coil, and the second portion of the second segments is arranged in a range of the first coil.

Transformer device

An inductor device is disclosed. The inductor device includes a first ring structure and a second ring structure. The second ring structure is disposed within the first ring structure and paralleled to the first ring structure. A first open end of the first ring structure and a first open end of the second ring structure are selectively connected or unconnected.

An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, a first connection member, and a second connection member. The first trace includes a first sub-trace and a second sub-trace. The second sub-trace is disposed adjacent to the first sub-trace directly. The second trace includes a third sub-trace. The third sub-trace is disposed adjacent to the second sub-trace directly. The first connection member is configured to couple to the first sub-trace. The second connection member is disposed adjacent to the first connection member, and configured to couple to the second sub-trace.

An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, and a connection member. The first inductor includes a first trace and a second trace. The shape of one of the first trace and the second trace is spiral. The second inductor includes a third trace and a fourth trace. The connection member is configured to couple the first inductor and the second inductor.

An inductor device including a first ring-type structure, a second ring-type structure, and a third ring-type structure is disclosed. The second ring-type structure is coupled to the first ring-type structure and formed an 8-shaped loop with the first ring-type structure. The third ring-type structure is coupled to the second ring-type structure. The first ring-type structure and the second ring-type structure are located at an area surrounded by the third ring-type structure.

A transformer device includes a first coil, a second coil, and a third coil. The first coil includes first segments and at least one first connecting portion, in which the first segments are coupled to each other through the at least one first connecting portion. The second coil includes second segments and second connecting portions, in which the of second segments are coupled to each other through the second connecting portions. The third coil is configured to couple the first coil and the second coil. The third coil includes third segments and third connecting portions, a part of the plurality of third segments are coupled in parallel with each other through the third connecting portions, and at least one part of the first segments and at least one part of the second segments are arranged between the part of the third segments.

An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, and at least one connection member. The first trace is disposed on a first area. The second trace is disposed on a second area. The first area and the second area are coupled to each other at a junction. The at least connection member is disposed at a block at which the first trace and the second trace are not disposed and which is adjacent to the junction, and the at least connection member is coupled to the first trace and the second trace.

A radio frequency apparatus includes a power amplifier circuit, a signal coupling circuit, an extraction circuit, and a harmonic filter circuit. The power amplifier circuit is configured to amplify a differential signal to output a to-be-filtered signal. The signal coupling circuit includes a primary side inductor and a secondary side inductor. The signal coupling circuit is configured to convert the to-be-filtered signal received by the primary side inductor into a single-ended signal outputted from the secondary side inductor. The extraction circuit has a center tap. The extraction circuit is configured to inductively couple to the primary side inductor and output a common mode signal from the center tap. The harmonic filter circuit is configured to perform a harmonic filtering on the single-ended signal according to the common mode signal, such that the secondary side inductor of the signal coupling circuit outputs a filtered signal.

Radio frequency apparatus and inductance device thereof

A transformer device includes a first and a second trace, a first and a second connection member, and a first input/output member. A second sub-trace of the first trace is coupled to a first sub-trace of the first trace at a first and a second area. The first connection member is coupled to the first and the second sub-trace. The first and a third sub-trace of the second trace are disposed in turn. A fourth sub-trace of the second trace is coupled to the third sub-trace at the first and the second area. The second and the fourth sub-trace are disposed in turn. The second connection member is coupled to the third and the fourth sub-trace. The first sub-trace includes first wires, and the first input/output member is coupled to the first wire which is located at an inner side among the first wires.

An inductor device includes a first wire, a second wire, and a third wire. The first wire includes a plurality of first sub-wires. The second wire includes a plurality of second sub-wires. The sequence of the first sub-wires and the second sub-wires is that at least two first sub-wires of the first sub-wires and at least one second sub-wires of the second sub-wires are disposed to each other in an interlaced manner. The third wire is disposed adjacent to at least two first sub-wires of the first sub-wires.

An inductor device includes a first trace, a second trace, and a capacitor. The first trace includes a first and a second sub-trace. The first sub-trace includes first wires, and the second sub-trace includes second wires. The second sub-trace is coupled to the first sub-trace at a first node. The first and the second wires are disposed to each other in an interlaced manner, and located at an outer side of the inductor device. The second trace includes a third and a fourth sub-trace. The third sub-trace includes third wires, and the fourth sub-trace includes fourth wires. The fourth sub-trace is coupled to the third sub-trace at a second node. The third and the fourth wires are disposed to each other in an interlaced manner, and located at an outer side of the inductor device. The capacitor is coupled between the first and the second node.
