A digital advertising bidding method and a digital advertising bidding system are provided. The digital advertising bidding method includes receiving an ad request with an identifier by a token generating server; encrypting the identifier to generate a token corresponding to the ad request to replace the identifier by the token generating server; transmitting the token and a corresponding bid request to a demand side server by the token generating server; transmitting the token and the identifier to a data management server by the token generating server; requesting a targeting information corresponding to the token from the data management server by the demand side server; and transmitting the targeting information to the demand side server by the data management server.

A method, a recording medium and an electronic device of 3D geolocation are provided. The method includes the following steps: distributing a plurality of samples that are already 2D-geolocated into a plurality of geographic areas according to 2D locations of the samples, wherein each sample includes a measurement report provided by a user equipment attached to a mobile network; generating a relative sequence of altitudes of the samples in each geographic area according to altitude-related data obtained from the samples in the geographic area; and determining the altitudes of the samples in each geographic area according to the relative sequence of the geographic area.

A method and an apparatus for competitor network monitoring, which enables mobile operators to learn about other networks' RF performance, including signal strength, interference, etc. This method changes the normal mobile phone behaviors to utilize its spectrum scan capability to scan competitor networks' RF situation at the mobile phones' idle time slots, i.e. those time slots it does not need to listen to its own network. Associated these collected competitor networks' RF performance data with the location where these data are collected by the means the implementers preferred and gathered the associated competitor network data and correspondent location information at the server, mobile operators can utilize these gathered competitor networks data and compare with their own network to learn about where they have better or worse performance as indication for their own network improvement tasks.

Apparatus and method for competitor network monitoring

A method and system for detecting a roaming location of a mobile network is provided to detect the roaming location in a systematic and efficient way. The method first collects roaming call detail records (CDRs) of a subscriber of the mobile network which are generated when the subscriber roams to a roaming network and makes or receives corresponding roaming calls, and then finds at least one roaming CDR whose corresponding roaming call is occurred in a cell of the roaming network covering a registered address of the subscriber. Last, the method determines whether the registered address is the roaming location according to the found roaming CDR(s).
