A television set is connected to a sensor and a height adjusting apparatus. The sensor detects location information of a user, a watching mode of the user, a visual angle of the user and a neck deviation angle of the user, by using the sensor when the television set is turned on. The television set calculates a proper height for the user under different watching modes, according to the location information of the user, the watching mode of the user, and the visual angle and the neck deviation angle of the user. The television set further controls the height adjusting apparatus to adjust the visual height of the television set according to the calculated proper height of the television. A method for automatically adjusting the visual height of the television set is also provided.

In a seat height adjustment method for a chair, a body height of a user of an electronic device is acquired from the electronic device which is in communication with the chair. The method further computes a target seat height suitable for the user according to the user's body height and a preset formula. The lifting device can automatically adjust the seat height for a user when the user has leave the chair and further returning the seat of the chair to an original height.

In a method for determining a field of view of a camera device, a location device sends position information to establish anchor points. The camera device captures images of the anchor points, and obtains vertical angles of the anchor points, horizontal angles of the anchor points, and distances between the camera device and the anchor points. The method calculates rotation angles of speakers according to the vertical angles, the horizontal angles, the distances and anthropometric values of the speakers. A drinking reminder method is implemented by an electronic apparatus. The apparatus includes a scale pan, a weight sensor, an analog/digital (A/D) converter, a display screen and a keypad. The keypad includes a power key, a reset key and a switching key. The weight sensor senses an analog pressure signal when a cup filled with water is placed on the scale pan, and the A/D converter converts the analog pressure signal to a digital weight signal. A total weight of the cup filled with water is measured according to the digital weight signal, and a cumulative water intake volume and a water shortage volume of a user. The display screen displays the cumulative water intake volume and the water shortage volume to remind the user to drink water.
