An LC panel stacked with a blue backlight module is disclosed. The LC panel includes first and second yellow-dye polarizers, and further includes a first substrate, an LC layer, and a second substrate which are sequentially stacked-up. The first yellow-dye polarizer is sandwiched between the LC layer and the first substrate. The second yellow-dye polarizer is sandwiched between the second substrate and the LC layer, or is disposed on the surface of the second substrate where is far from the LC layer. The polarization direction of the first yellow-dye polarizer is perpendicular to the polarization direction of the second yellow-dye polarizer. The blue backlight module provides a blue backlight source irradiating through the displaying image of the LC panel. An LCD and a method for manufacturing a yellow-dye polarizer are disclosed. The utilization efficiency of the blue backlight source is maximized, and the degree of polarization thereof is drastically increased.

A liquid crystal material for a liquid crystal display panel is used to form a polymer film on a substrate on which no PI layer is provided so as to realize normal display of the liquid crystal panel. Meanwhile, realiability of the panel can be improved, a voltage holding rate can be improved, and poor alignment of the self-alignment liquid crystal material, afterimage, and other problems can be solved.

A manufacturing method of a display panel includes: arranging a plurality of wire-grating structures at intervals on a first substrate, wherein a plurality of transparent zones of the first substrate are defined among the plurality of wire-grating structures; adopting the wire-grating structure as a mask plate to form a black matrix on the transparent zone; providing a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer; and arranging the first substrate, the second substrate, and the liquid crystal layer to form the display panel. The present disclosure can save cost and simplifies processes.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and in particular, to a polarizer applicable to a display device. The polarizer comprises a stack which at least includes: a functional layer, capable of affecting a polarization direction of an optical wave and converting wavelength of the optical wave, and a protective layer located at an outermost part of the stack. In this manner, two important functions are integrated into the polarizer, which can not only improve the color gamut and the light utilization rate of the display device, but also ensure that light emitted can have a desired polarization state, thus enhancing the display quality of the display device.

Disclosed is a trans-PDLC liquid crystal material composition, including a vertical alignment agent, a liquid crystal material, and an acrylic monomer. Molecules of the vertical alignment agent include polar groups and non-polar groups. The vertical alignment agent can reduce surface energy of liquid crystal molecules in a polymer matrix and increase contact angle, so that the liquid crystal molecules can be arranged in a vertical way.

The present disclosure discloses a method of manufacturing a nanowire grid polarizer, including: sequentially laminating a first wire grid material layer, a second wire grid material layer and a third wire grid material layer on a substrate; disposing a nano photoresist array on the third wire grid material layer; etching the third wire grid material layer which is not covered by the nano photoresist array by dry-etching; etching the second wire grid material layer which is not covered by the nano photoresist array by wet-etching; etching the first wire grid material layer which is not covered by the nano photoresist array by dry-etching; and removing the nano photoresist array to obtain the nanowire grid polarizer. According to the present disclosure, by disposing multilayer wire grid material film layers having a 'sandwich' structure on the substrate, and then by segmentally using the dry-etching method and the wet-etching method in conjunction with different characteristics of materials for the different film layers, the etched thickness for each etching process is reduced, and the defects of a single dry-etching method and a single wet-etching method are avoided. Moreover the manufacture procedure thereof is simple.

The disclosure provides a micro light-emitting diode display panel. The array substrate is arranged with a plurality of pixels in an array. Each of the pixels at least includes a subpixel of three colors. Each of the subpixels is disposed with at least one &#x3bc;LED chip corresponding to color of the subpixel. Bin levels of the &#x3bc;LED chips of the subpixels with the same color in two adjacent pixels are different and a difference of peak wavelengths &#x3e;2 nm. The disclosure further provides a manufacturing method, the &#x3bc;LED chips with the corresponding color in the subpixel of the array substrate are transfer printed from the transfer printing plate to corresponding subpixels. The color and the bin level of the &#x3bc;LED chips in each transfer printing are identical. Color filter and manufacturing method thereof

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, a color filter (CF) and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed in the present disclosure. The CF comprises a transparent substrate, a black matrix, first CF units, second CF units and a conductive layer. The transparent substrate comprises an active area and a dummy area. The first CF units in the active area have a trapezoidal cross section, and the second CF units in the dummy area have an inverted trapezoidal cross section. The conductive layer covers the active area continuously but covers the dummy area discontinuously; and thus, the active area can perform normal electrical conduction functions while an insulating effect can be achieved in the dummy area. In this way, even if conductive particles are present in the dummy area during the assembling process of the CF and a TFT, the discontinuous conductive layer in the dummy area can still prevent occurrence of abnormal conditions that the CF and the TFT are at the same voltage level. Thereby, abnormal short-circuits occurring when the CF and the TFT are assembled together can be prevented to improve the product quality.
