A mobile communication device has a main body, a display unit, an input unit. The display unit is pivotally connected with the body unit by a joint, which is located on a rim of the display unit. The input unit has a lower input module and an upper input module. The lower input module is disposed on the main body. The upper input module is pivotally connected with the lower input module by a joint, located on a rim of both the upper input module and the lower input module.

Mobile communication device

A keypad structure. A mobile phone has a casing and an elastic sheet. The casing includes a plurality of resilient cantilever arms and a plurality of protrusions formed on the plurality of resilient cantilever arms. The elastic sheet includes a plurality of keypad buttons to press the plurality of resilient cantilever arms.

Keypad structure

A cover-ejecting mechanism for a communication unit. The ejecting mechanism comprises a push portion, a guide portion and a cover portion. The push portion is disposed on a housing of the communication unit in a movable manner. The guide portion, having a slide track and a moving portion moving along the slide track, is disposed on the housing. The moving portion abuts the push portion. The cover portion, having a slide frame attached to the moving portion, is disposed on the housing in a moveable manner. When the moving portion abuts the push portion, the cover portion covers an input device of the communication unit. When the moving portion does not abut the push portion, the cover portion does not cover the input device.

Cover-ejecting mechanism for a communication unit

A mobile phone including a covering lid, a body, a battery and a battery lid is provided according to the invention. Of which, the body is a mono-block casting with an opening section on the top, while the covering lid is coupled to the body via a first hinge such that the covering lid can be flipped to open from or flipped to close towards the body; the battery is installed inside the body and is loaded into or unloaded from the body via the opening section; the battery lid, which is installed on top of the opening section to hold the battery, is coupled to the body via a second hinge such the battery lid can also be flipped to open from or flipped to close towards the body. In practice, the battery lid can be a keypad module of the mobile phone, while the first and the second hinge can be situated at the same side either having respective axes or sharing the same axis. Moreover, the mobile phone can further include a circuit board which is installed between the battery and the body.
