A temperature regulation system and a temperature regulation method are applicable to a machine tool. The temperature regulation system includes a cooling fluid storage tank, a heating fluid storage tank, an internal circulation subsystem, an external circulation subsystem and a computing unit. The internal circulation subsystem includes a first valve. The external circulation subsystem includes a plurality of flow channels and a second valve and a third valve disposed on the plurality of the flow channels. The computing unit controls the first valve, the second valve and the third valve to switch flow directions of the plurality of the flow channels among the cooling fluid storage tank, the heating fluid storage tank and machine tool. Therefore, a thermal balance of the machine tool can be effectively maintained.

Temperature regulation system and temperature regulation method for machine tool

This disclosure relates to a temperature control system that may be applied to a machine tool. The system includes a cooling circulation and a controller. The cooling circulation comprises a pump, a cooler and a solenoid valve. The pump may be driven by a variable frequency motor so as to flow through the spindle of the machine tool. The cooler is serially connected with the liquid pump, and may cool the liquid coolant. The solenoid valve connects to inlet and outlet of the cooler, and may prevent the liquid coolant flows through the spindle from flowing back to the cooler. The controller is electrically connected with the variable frequency motor, the cooler and the solenoid valve. Further, the controller is connected to the machine tool to detect several parameters, so as to control the variable frequency motor, the cooler and the solenoid valve.

Temperature control system and method thereof

The disclosure is a thermal stability control system and a control method thereof for a machine tool. The control system mainly consists of a machine cooling sub-system composed of a pump, at least a cooling loop and a tank for storing cooling fluid, a cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system, a heater and a micro controller. The cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system further consists of a condenser, an evaporator, a directional valve, an expansion valve and a compressor. The micro controller dominates corresponding operation combinations of turning on/off the heater, enabling/disenabling the cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system as a heat pump or a cooler by activating/releasing the directional vale, and adjusting upward/downward the driving frequency of an inverter duty motor to drive the pump to change the flow rate of cooling fluid through the cooling loop according the real time load of the machine tool.

Control system and method for improving thermal stability

A machining thermostatic control system and method of using the same are disclosed. The system comprises a detecting unit, a processing unit and at least a cooling unit. The detecting unit is used for detecting the temperature distribution of a workpiece. The processing unit is coupled to the detecting unit and is used for processing the temperature distribution for obtaining a position of maximum hot spot of the workpiece. The cooling unit comprises a head which is provided for discharging cooling fluid and a plurality of blades which are angle-adjustably mounted to the head. The blades are coupled to the processing unit and the angle of blades are controlled by the processing unit for enabling the cooling fluid to flow toward to the position of maximum hot spot position.

Machining thermostatic control system and method of using the same

The disclosure is related to a clamp-type measuring device includes a clamp and an interval measuring module. The clamp includes a guiding rail and two holding arm. Each of holding arms includes a guide part, a connecting part, and a clamping part. The guide part is movably furnished on the guiding rail. Both ends of the connecting part are respectively connected to the guide part and the clamping part. The interval measuring module includes a first measuring element and a second measuring element. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are furnished on the two connecting parts respectively. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are slidable through the two guide parts respectively in order to measure an interval between the two clamping parts. In addition, the disclosure is also related to a measuring method of the clamp-type measuring device.

Clamp-type measuring device and measuring method

A clamping and positioning device includes a base, a rotary member, a moving assembly and an elastic member. The rotary member is rotatably disposed on the base and includes a stopping surface facing the base. The moving assembly includes a moving member movably disposed on the base to have a first and a second position. When being at the first position, the moving member is pressed against the rotary member to allow the stopping surface to apply a normal force to the base; when being at the second position, a gap is formed between the moving member and the rotary member so the normal force applied by the stopping surface of the rotary member is released from the base. The elastic member has two ends connected to the base and the moving member, respectively. The elastic member normally causes the moving member to be at the first position.

Clamping and positioning device and operation method thereof

A device of the axial-directional oil chamber of hydrostatic spindle comprises integrated oil seal structures at both the axial direction and the radial direction. The oil seal structures increase the work area of the oil chamber by extending and thus connecting an axial-directional oil seal edge to a radial-directional oil seal edge. Then, the rigidity of the axial hydrostatic bearing can be increased, and thus the application capability of the hydrostatic spindle can be upgraded to perform the multi-task machining from the mono-task machining.

A rotation mechanism includes a mandrel, a rotation axle, a needle roller bearing and an angular bearing. The mandrel includes a shaft portion, a first annular contact portion and a second annular contact portion. The shaft portion has an outer surface, and the first annular contact portion and the second annular contact portion are located on the outer surface and respectively surround the axis of the mandrel. The rotation axle includes an annular portion, a third annular contact portion and a fourth annular contact portion. The annular portion has a shaft hole and an inner surface forming the shaft hole. The third annular contact portion and the fourth annular contact portion are located on the inner surface, and the mandrel passes through the shaft hole. The needle roller bearing is in contact with the first annular contact portion and the third annular contact portion, and is located between them.

Rotation mechanism

A telescopic shaft assembly includes a seat, a shaft body disposed movably in the seat, and a plurality of slide blocks located between the shaft body and the seat. The shaft body has a convex portion and a recessed portion opposite to each other. One end of the convex portion far away from the recessed portion has a top surface. One of the plurality of slide block is disposed on the top surface. The recessed portion has two inner side wall surfaces opposite to each other and a bottom surface located between the two inner side wall surfaces. Each of the two inner side wall surfaces forms an obtuse angle with the bottom surface. Two of the rest of the plurality of slide blocks are disposed on the two inner side wall surfaces respectively.

Telescopic shaft assembly

A backlash eliminating device for helical gears is provided for a gear transmission system which includes a transmission shaft, two helical gears and a match gear. A sleeve mounted on the transmission shaft has an outer wall, an inner wall and at least two sections of spiral grooves penetrating through the outer wall and the inner wall. The sleeve includes a transmission part and two extremity parts. The transmission part is disposed between the spiral grooves, and is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft. The extremity parts are disposed outside of the spiral grooves. The helical gears are fixedly connected to the two extremity parts. The sleeve having the spiral grooves provides a preload spring force along an axial direction of the transmission shaft, so that the two helical gears are tightly engaged with the match gear.

Backlash eliminating device for helical gears

A rotary spindle head with gear reducer is provided, which comprises a rotary spindle unit, a fork-shaped type spindle base and a driving unit. The fork-shaped spindle base is for linking up the rotary spindle unit with a machine tool, and the driving unit comprises a torque motor and a gear reducer which are sited coaxially on the fork-shaped spindle base. The gear reducer is connected to the rotary spindle unit to drive and rotate the rotary spindle unit in the fork-shaped spindle base. The gear reducer is designed to lower decelerating rate. Besides, the input and output of the gear reducer are coaxial design, the torque of torque motor could be magnified to several times and maintain higher rotational speed to do the high speed light cutting and high torque heavy cutting work.

A braking device includes a base, a braking component, and a driving component including a reset member. The braking component has a clamping block. The driving component includes a movable member, a chamber therein and a first butting portion. The movable member passes through the driving member. One end of the movable member has a piston accommodated in the chamber, and the other end of the movable member has a second butting portion. The reset member is disposed in the chamber. The piston butts the reset member under an external force, and the first butting portion and the second butting portion are kept away from each other, and when the external force vanishes, the reset member butts the piston, and the first butting portion and the second butting portion are kept close to each other so as to achieve a braking effect.

Braking device

The present disclosure relates to a hydrostatic plate bearing, which comprises: a body, and a plurality of restrictors. Wherein, the body is formed with a mounting surface and an oil chamber that are disposed opposite to each other; the plural restrictors includes an orifice restrictor and a membrane restrictor while allowing the orifice restrictor and the membrane restrictor to be serially connected to each other. Operationally, a working fluid that is flowing into the body via the mounting surface is split to flow through the orifice restrictor and the membrane restrictor, in that the split flow of the working fluid that is flowing through the orifice restrictor is guided to flow into the oil chamber.

Hydrostatic plate bearing

A braking device of a linear guide comprises a braking slide seat which is mounted on the guide. The braking slide seat is provided with a braking rod which is provided in the mid-segment with an insertion slot having a tapered bevel and in the rear end with a disk spring for pushing the front end of the braking rod to make a frictional contact with the guide. An urging rod is powered by a hydraulic or a pneumatic source to enter the insertion slot to cause the braking rod to move away from the guide. In the event of a power outage, the urging rod is retreated from the insertion slot, the braking rod is urged by the spring to make a frictional contact with the guide, thereby exerting a braking force on the guide to bring the slide seat to an abrupt halt.
