An OLED display device includes a substrate, an active element array, at least one OLED, a light absorption layer or an optical scattering layer, and an encapsulation plate. The active element array and the OLED are disposed over an upper surface of the substrate. The OLED includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic light-emitting layer. The first electrode is disposed on a side adjacent to the active element array, and the second electrode is opposite to the first electrode. Both the first and second electrodes have a high transmittance and a low reflection in a wavelength range of visible light. The organic light-emitting layer is interposed between the first and second electrodes. The light absorption layer or optical scattering layer is disposed between the OLED and the substrate. The encapsulation plate is disposed over the second electrode.

Organic light-emitting diode display device

An OLED touch display device includes an OLED display and a laminated package component. The laminated package component covers the OLED display and includes a quarter-wave plate, a liquid crystal polarizer and a touch sensor unit. The touch sensor unit is a single-layer electrode structure.

Present invention discloses a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof, the touch panel comprises: a substrate; a silver nano-wire electrode layer provided on the substrate comprising a connecting area and a non-connecting area; a first protective layer provided on silver nano-wire electrode layer having a first hole corresponding to connecting area; a second protective layer provided on first protective layer having a second hole corresponding to position of first hole; and a connecting wire provided on second protective layer connected to silver nano-wire electrode layer in connecting area through second hole and first hole. With the touch panel, the problem that etching solution can't seep when a single protective layer is too thick and the problem that a silver nano-wire layer is easily oxidized and the adhesion of the silver nano-wire layer is poor when a single protective layer is too thin can be avoided.

Touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof

The present disclosure provides a method of forming a nanoscale conductive film. The method comprises providing a nanoscale base film, forming a first patterned insulating layer on the nanoscale base film, and etching the nanoscale base film in a current generation system, using the first patterned insulating layer as a mask. The nanoscale base film includes a substrate, a first overcoat on one side of the substrate, and a first nano material layer laminated between the substrate and the first overcoat. The first patterned insulating layer is formed on the first overcoat, exposing portions of the first overcoat. In the first nano material layer, first regions are masked by the first insulating layer and second regions are not masked by the first insulating layer. The first regions and the second regions are electrically isolated from each other after etching the nanoscale base film in the current generation system.

Methods of forming nanostructure conductive films and touch devices including the nanostructure conductive films

A touch display is disclosed including a display module, a polarizer disposed on the display module, and a plurality of touch electrodes at least partly coated on the polarizer, wherein the touch electrodes are formed by nano-silver. Since the touch electrodes formed by nano-silver is employed in the display, a multifunctional touch display is provided. A method for making the touch display is also disclosed.

Touch display and method for manufacturing the same

An OLED touch display device includes an OLED display and a laminated package component covering the OLED display and including a quarter-wave plate, a liquid crystal polarizer, a first touch sensor layer and a second touch sensor layer. The conductive pad is at a side of the device region and connected to the device region. The conductive pad protrudes out of a side surface of the epitaxy layer. The insulating layer is disposed below the substrate and extended to cover the side surface of the epitaxy layer. The conductive layer is disposed below the insulating layer and extended to contact the conductive pad. The conductive layer and the side surface of the epitaxy layer are separated by a first distance.

Chip package and manufacturing method thereof

A chip package includes a chip, an insulating layer, a flowing insulating material layer and conductive layer. The chip has a conductive pad, a side surface, a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, which the side surface is between the first surface and the second surface, and the conductive is below the first surface and protruded from the side surface. The insulating layer covers the second surface and the side surface, and the flowing insulating material layer is disposed below the insulating layer, and the flowing insulating material layer has a trench exposing the conductive pad protruded form the side surface. The conductive layer is disposed below the flowing insulating material layer and extended into the trench to contact the conductive pad.

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and fabrication method thereof are provided. The OLED display includes an organic light-emitting layer comprising a plurality of primary color regions and a plurality of mixed color regions, wherein the primary color regions and the mixed color regions have the same light emitting direction. A color shift prevention layer is disposed above or under the organic light-emitting layer, the color shift prevention layer comprising a plurality of opaque patterns disposed on the light emitting direction of the corresponding mixed color regions. The color shift prevention layer incorporated in the OLED display is able to block the mixed light emitted from the mixed color regions of the organic light-emitting layer. Therefore, the color shift problem can be solved.

Touch display comprising a polarizer with integrated nano-silver touch electrodes and method for manufacturing the same

A stacked wafer structure includes a substrate; dams provided on the substrate and having protrusions on a surface thereof; and a wafer with recesses provided on the dam. The protrusions on the surface of the dams are wedged into the recesses of the wafer, preventing air chambers from forming between the recesses of the wafer and the dams, so that the wafer is not separated from the dams due to the presence of air chambers during subsequent packaging process. A method for stacking a wafer is also provided.
