Provided is a display device including: a substrate including an active area, a non-active area, a bending area and a pad area; the active area including pixels to display images, each pixel including an organic light emitting layer and a thin-film transistor (TFT); the non-active area located between the active area and the bending area; and the bending area configured to be bent and located between the non-active area and the pad area, the bending area including a signal line and a power line that are made of a same material as a source electrode or a drain electrode of the TFT in the active area.

Electroluminescence display having ultra high resolution

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an organic light emitting display apparatus includes an organic light emitting diode; a driving transistor which supplies a driving current to the organic light emitting diode; and a plurality of switching transistors to transmit a reference voltage and a data voltage to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, respectively. According to the present disclosure, one frame is divided into a refresh period in which a data voltage is written and a hold period in which the data voltage written in the refresh period is held. The refresh period includes an initialization period, a sampling period, a programming period, and an emission period, and the sampling period and the programming period may be separate from each other.

Organic light emitting display apparatus

A light emitting display apparatus includes a pixel driving circuit including a driving transistor and an anode reset capacitor connected to a gate of the driving transistor and a light emitting device configured to emit light with a current supplied through the driving transistor. An anode reset period, where a data voltage is not supplied to the driving transistor, is between refresh periods where the light emitting device emits the light with the data voltage supplied to the driving transistor, and an anode reset voltage supplied to the anode reset capacitor in the refresh period is higher than an initial voltage which is input to the gate of the driving transistor in the refresh period.

Flexible display device and method for fabricating the same

A display device in one embodiment includes a flexible substrate, a back plate disposed under the flexible substrate to support it, a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the back plate, and a printed circuit board connected to one side of the flexible substrate. The conductive layer is electrically connected to the printed circuit board and receives a constant voltage applied thereto. Therefore, by applying the constant voltage to the conductive layer, it is possible to reduce the polarization occurring on the flexible substrate.

Organic light emitting display device

Disclosed an organic light-emitting diode display device in which the number of signal lines is minimized by sharing a predetermined signal line between adjacent pixels in a display panel having a plurality of signal lines formed therein, thereby improving an aperture ratio. The organic light-emitting diode display device includes a display panel defining pixels, a gate driver, a data driver, a multiplexer (MUX) electrically connecting an output terminal of the data driver and the pixels into a 1:1, 1:N (N is a natural number) or N:N structure, and a timing controller. Accordingly, the MUX is provided between the data driver and the pixels, and each pixel and signal lines are selectively connected through the MUX, so that it is possible to reduce the number of Integrated chips (ICs) provided by allowing a compensation circuit built in the data driver.
