According to one embodiment, a system includes a cabinet and an apparatus. The cabinet includes a cabinet housing, a door coupled to the cabinet housing to form a cabinet storage compartment, and a support member mounted in the cabinet storage compartment, the support member having a front surface having a first mounting element. The apparatus has a second mounting element and a locking element. The locking element is alterable between: (1) an unlocked state in which the second mounting element of the apparatus can be coupled and decoupled from the first mounting element of the support member of the cabinet; and (2) a locked state in which the second mounting element of the apparatus is prohibited from being decoupled from the first mounting element of the support member.

In one embodiment, the present disclosure is directed to a cabinet having a charging device. The cabinet's housing has a cavity, a door configured both to close to cover the cavity and to open to expose the cavity, and shelves extending horizontally across the cavity. The charging device is positioned within the cavity and includes a housing, a charger for charging an electronic device, a receiving portion configured to hold the electronic device upright, a light source configured to shine through at least a portion of the device housing to illuminate the cavity of the cabinet housing, and an electrical outlet.

According to one embodiment, a system includes a cabinet, a cabinet housing, a mirrored door, and an accessory. The mirrored door includes a first mirror having a reflective surface forming an outer surface of the mirrored door, a second mirror having a reflective surface forming an inner surface of the mirrored door, and a first ferromagnetic element embedded within the mirrored door and located between the first and second mirrors. The accessory, which includes a second ferromagnetic element, is sized and shaped to be stored within the storage compartment of the cabinet. The accessory can be mounted to the mirrored door by magnetic attraction between the first and second ferromagnetic elements.

A system that includes a cabinet and an accessory capable of being stored within a storage compartment of the cabinet. The cabinet may include a cabinet housing and a mirrored door having a ferromagnetic element. The mirrored door may include a first mirror having a reflective surface forming an outer surface of the mirrored door and a second mirror having a reflective surface forming an inner surface of the mirrored door. The ferromagnetic element may be embedded within the first and second mirrors. In an example the first ferromagnetic element may be an elongated plate formed of a ferromagnetic material. The accessory may include another ferromagnetic element that may include one or more magnets. The accessory may be sized and shaped to be capable of being stored within a storage compartment of the cabinet. The accessory may be mounted to the mirrored door by magnetic attraction between the ferromagnetic elements.

A system that includes a cabinet and an accessory that is capable of being stored within a storage compartment of the cabinet. The cabinet may include a mirrored door having a ferromagnetic element. The accessory may include another ferromagnetic element. The accessory may be mounted to the door by magnetic attraction between the ferromagnetic elements. When the accessory is within the cabinet, it may be mounted to a charger so as to charge a power source of the accessory. In some embodiments, the accessory may be automatically transitioned into an active state when it is detected that the accessory is mounted to the door. The accessory may include a user-operated actuator that has a first functionality when the accessory is mounted to the door and a second functionality when the accessory is not mounted to the door.

A medicine cabinet is disclosed that has electrical power. An internal raceway is provided to hide the electrical wiring for the cabinet, accommodate power cords of appliances powered by the cabinet, and to support shelving. A vertically movable front mirrored door can be raised to access the power supply and/or cabinet storage space.

A cabinet has a cabinet body, a door with at least one support member on a rear side of the door, and at least one hinge pivotally coupling the support member or members to cabinet body. The cabinet body includes framing walls at least partially defining a storage space of the cabinet and a flange disposed laterally outward of an adjacent framing wall. A forwardly-facing surface of the flange is rearwardly offset relative to a front face of the adjacent framing wall. When the door is in a closed position, the support member(s) and the hinge(s) establish a distance between the forwardly-facing surface of the flange and the rear side of the door.

A support assembly for supporting a fixture on a wall comprises first and second threaded rods for installation into the wall so that at least a portion of each rod extends outwardly from the wall by a first predetermined distance. The support assembly further includes first and second fixing members each having internal threads which compliment the threads on the threaded rods. An elongated rigid support member having first and second ends, first and second lateral sides and top and bottom surfaces is provided. The support member includes a first notch in the top surface at a second predetermined distance from the first end, the first notch being sized for receiving the first fixing member therein. A first bore extends from the first end toward the second end, the first bore being located a third predetermined distance from the top surface and intersecting the first notch, the first bore being sized for receiving the first threaded rod. A second notch extends into the bottom surface at a fourth predetermined distance from the first end, the second notch being sized for receiving the second fixing member therein. A second bore extends from the first end toward the second end, the second bore being located a fifth predetermined distance from the bottom surface and intersecting the second notch. The second bore is sized for receiving the second threaded rod.

A door for a cabinet includes a frame with a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface, the first mounting surface and said second mounting surface being located on the same side of said frame. The door further includes a first mirror having a surface disposed against the first mounting surface of the frame and a second mirror having a surface disposed against the second mounting surface of the frame. In a preferred embodiment, the door includes at least one holder integrally formed with the frame, which is preferably shaped to receive and support at least one toothbrush. The door for a cabinet is constructed by providing a frame including the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface on the same side of the frame, locating a first mirror within the frame so that a surface of the first mirror is disposed against the first mounting surface of the frame, and locating the second mirror on said frame so that a surface of the second mirror is disposed against the second mounting surface of the frame.

A convenience cup for holding articles within a cabinet includes a body portion having a generally cylindrical wall, at least a portion of which is generally flattened, a closed bottom portion and an open top portion defining a hollow interior portion. The convenience cup is generally circular in cross-section and has a depth suitable for holding articles. The convenience cup further includes an attachment member for the demountable attachment of the convenience cup to an integral support of the cabinet. At least one elongated strip extends outwardly generally vertically from the flattened portion of the convenience cup.

A modular, one piece two-stepped cabinet which provides expanded storage capacity is shown. The cabinet is intended for use in the spacing between two adjacent studs in a wall. The cabinet comprises a first-step portion with lateral sides spaced to fit within a cabinet space, upper and lower sides and a rear wall. A second-step portion, integrally formed with the first, comprises lateral sides, upper and lower sides which are spaced further apart than those of the first portion, and a rear wall extending inward and joining the sides of the first portion at their forward edges. Shelves, which may be re-positionable, are provided and a mirror is provided on the rear wall of the first-step portion. In addition, a removable, re-positionable convenience cup is provided.

A cabinet includes a cabinet body having an internal storage area for receiving items to be stored and a door casing which defines an opening for accessing the storage area. The cabinet door is pivotally mounted to the cabinet body and includes an interior surface and an exterior surface. The cabinet door pivots with respect to the cabinet body between an open and closed position. A gasket is positioned on the door casing such that the gasket substantially covers the door casing. As such, the interior surface of the cabinet door is in engagement with the gasket when the cabinet door is in the closed position.

A spacer fills a space between two adjacent modular cabinets. Each cabinet has side walls of a predetermined length and a predetermined width and a front wall. The cabinets are arranged such that at least one of the side walls of one of the cabinets is adjacent to and spaced by a first predetermined distance from at least one of the side walls of the other cabinet. The spacer includes at least one front filler having a length generally equal to the length of the adjacent side walls of the cabinets. The front filler has a generally central portion having a width generally corresponding to the first predetermined distance. The front filler is secured to the adjacent cabinets such that the two modular cabinets and the front filler form a single unit.

A cabinet having a quiet, frictionally adjustable door hinge is disclosed. The cabinet door can be positioned anywhere between fully opened and fully closed positions. The cabinet comprises an adjustable hinge having an expandable member which contacts a bearing surface.
