A pin clip for holding paper items and the like has a back member and a tongue which resiliently engages the back member. The back member typically has an outwardly extending finger. The Tongue is coupled to the back member by a spring means. A pin extends out of the back member for attaching the pin clip to bulletin boards or the like.

Pin clip

A medical intravenous injection needle which resists accidental skin pricks is disclosed. The needle tip is designed to be sharp enough to easily puncture medication bottle membranes and intravenous tubing but resists puncturing the skin. Illustratively, the tip has a flattened or rounded edge to provide the appropriate penetration ability.
