A passive intermittent rotating assembly can automatically adjust a part of a cleaning material when the cleaning material cleans a spinning jet each time and that can stably operate in a high-voltage environment. The passive intermittent rotating assembly includes a plurality of first abutment members and second abutment members being arranged respectively at an inner side and outer side of the main wheel along the circumferential direction, and being separated from each other to form gaps for a push portion of a push member to pass through. Each of the first abutment members includes a first inner-side abutment portion and a first outer-side abutment portion provided for abutting against the push portion. Each of the second abutment members includes a second inner-side abutment portion and a second outer-side abutment portion provided for abutting against the push portion.

Passive intermittent rotating assembly and electrospinning equipment

The invention creates a support for cell culture and cell sheet detachment which has a substrate, whose surface is coated with a conjugate having a disulfide bond-containing amino acid as a spacer and a biopolymer enhancing cell attachment, migration or differentation. Unexpectedly, after being seeded on the support, the cells grow to form one or more layers of cell sheets and the cell sheets can be easily detached from the support by adding a reductant to cleave the disulfide bond. Accordingly, the invention provides a simple and non-toxic method for detachment of cell sheets.

Supports for cell culture and cell sheet detachment and methods for cell sheet detachment

The present invention is to provide a method of making a polymer compound material by coating an inorganic material on the surface of a polymer. The method provided by the present invention comprises the step of spraying a high volatile solvent to a chipped polymeric matrix to slightly dissolve the surface of the matrix, and the step of adding inorganic material powders to let the powders be coated on the surface of the matrix layer by layer so as to form the polymer compound material.
