An automatic part feeder includes a base, a rotatable disk covering the base, a part delivering devices, and a rotatable disk driving device received in the base. Each of the part delivering devices includes a ring-shaped receiving room opening toward a first end surface of the base, a first driving motor having a first rotatable shaft, and an ejector pole having one end extending through the ring-shaped receiving room and another end threadedly engaged with the first rotatable shaft. The rotatable disk driving device has a second driving motor having a second rotatable shaft. The rotatable disk includes receiving holes, and the second rotatable shaft engages with the rotatable disk and is configured for driving the rotatable disk to rotate to align the receiving holes with the respective ring-shaped receiving rooms to receive the parts ejected from the ring-shaped receiving rooms.

Automatic part feeder

An exemplary sunroof for mounting in a vehicle roof is provided. The sunroof includes a panel and a warning apparatus. The sunroof includes a first bottom surface for facing toward an inside of the vehicle. The warning apparatus includes a PCB attached to the panel, and a warning unit mounted on the first bottom surface and electrically connected to the PCB. The warning unit is configured to send an emergency alert signal when the panel is raised up to be substantially perpendicular to the vehicle roof. A vehicle includes the sunroof is also provided.

Sunroof and vehicle having same

A sputtering bracket includes a curved plate body, a plurality of frames, and a plurality of fastening members. The body defines a plurality of through holes and has an inner concave side. The frames are pivotally connected with the curved plate body and received in the respective through holes. Each frame is rotatable relative to the curved plate body such that either one of opposite sides thereof can be exposed at the inner concave side. The fastening members are mounted on the curved plate body body, and are spring-loaded for resilient engagement with the respective frames.

Sputtering apparatus

A tail lamp system for a vehicle includes a dynamic signal unit, a control unit, a set of input lines electrically connecting the dynamic signal unit with the control unit, an LED display board, and a set of output lines electrically connecting the LED display board with the control unit. The dynamic signal unit provides a plurality of dynamic signals relating to various instant driving information of the vehicle. The control unit receives each of the dynamic signals of the dynamic signal unit and outputs a corresponding control signal. The LED display board receives the control signal from the control unit and displays a corresponding pattern according to the received control signal to indicate instant driving information of the vehicle, for example, turning, braking, temporary stop and breakdown of the vehicle.

A film coating holder includes a top cover, a plurality of annular parts, and a plurality of connecting pieces. The top cover defines a plurality of first holes for receiving workpieces therein. The plurality of annular parts is stacked on each other with progressively increasing radiuses. Each of the plurality of annular parts defines a plurality of second holes for receiving the workpieces, and the top cover is positioned on the annular part with a minimum radius. The plurality of connecting pieces connects the annular part with the minimum radius to the top cover and connects each two adjacent annular parts together.

Film coating holder

A lens module includes a lens barrel and two lenses. The lens barrel has two opposite end surfaces, and a receiving hole through the two end surfaces. The receiving hole has a center axis. A ring-shaped block is formed on an inside surface of the lens barrel, and is coaxial with the receiving hole. The ring-shaped block has two contact surfaces adjacent to the two end surfaces, respectively. Each of the lenses includes an optical axis and a fixing portion. Each fixing portion has a contact surface. The contact surface of the lens has a shape matching the contact surface of the ring-shaped block, and is coaxial with the optical axis of the lens. The contact surfaces of the lenses contact tightly with the contact surfaces of the ring-shaped block.

Lens module

An exemplary lens module includes a lens barrel, and a first adjustable lens received in the lens barrel. The lens barrel includes a circumferential sidewall. The lens barrel also defines an accommodating cavity therein for receiving the first adjustable lens therein. The circumferential sidewall of the lens barrel defines an adjusting through hole therein. The adjusting through hole communicates with the accommodating cavity. The first adjustable lens has a circumferential side surface. The circumferential side surface defines a first adjusting notch therein. The first adjusting notch communicates with the adjusting through hole.

A fixed-focus lens module includes an outer lens barrel, an inner lens, a first lens, and a second lens group. The outer lens barrel includes a first open end, a first cavity, and a second open end arranged in the order from the object side to the image side of the outer lens barrel. The inner lens barrel is received in the outer lens barrel adjacent to the first open end. The first lens is received in the inner lens barrel. The second lens group is received in the outer lens barrel adjacent to the second open end. An gap is defined between an outer wall of the inner lens barrel and an inner wall of the outer lens barrel at the first open end, and the center axis of the inner lens barrel is adjustable relative to the outer lens barrel for adjusting the alignment between the first lens and the second lens group.

Fixed-focus lens module

A lens module includes a barrel, a holder, and a ring-shaped elastic member. The barrel includes a connecting portion and a resisting portion, the connecting portion includes a first screw thread. The holder includes a second screw thread engaged with the first screw thread. The ring-shaped elastic member is compressed between the resisting portion of the barrel and the holder. The elastic member includes a number of first segments and a number of second segments, the first segments and the second segments are arranged in an alternate fashion and connected to each other, at least one of the first segments and the second segments is V-shaped.

A lenses assembly includes a first lens, a second lens, and adhesive material. The first lens includes two axially extending protrusions. The second lens includes two radially extending protrusions. The second lens engages with the first lens by engagement between the axially extending protrusions and radially extending protrusions. The axially extending protrusions and radially extending protrusions are alternately arranged around a circumferential direction of the first lens. The adhesive material is filled into gaps between the engaged protrusions to fixedly interconnect the first lens and the second lens.

Lens assembly and camera module having same

A camera holder includes a supporting frame, a sliding block, and an adjustable assembly. The supporting frame includes a receiving cavity. The sliding block is received in the receiving cavity and slidably attached to the supporting frame. The sliding block and the supporting frame cooperatively support a camera. The adjustable assembly includes a shaft, a gear, a gear rack, a base, and a revolving head. The shaft is attached to the supporting frame. The gear is mechanically coupled to the shaft. The gear rack is meshed with the gear rack. The base is arranged on a horizontal plane and attached to an end of the gear rack to support the supporting frame. The revolving head is attached to the gear, and the revolving head is configured for rotating the gear such that the gear and the gear rack cooperatively raise or lower the camera relative to the horizontal plane.

Camera holder

A sprue bushing includes a head, and a main body. The main body is connected to an end of the head. The main body defines at least one lateral channel. The at least one lateral channel extends through a sidewall of the main body. The sprue bushing defines a sprue and at least two longitudinal channels. The sprue extends through the head and the main body along a center axis of the sprue bushing. The at least two longitudinal channels extend through the head into the main body. One of the at least one lateral channel communicates with two of the at least two longitudinal channels.

An exemplary camera module includes a barrel and a holder. The holder includes an accommodating space defined therein. The barrel is received in the accommodating space of the holder. Independent grooves are formed in one of the outer cylindrical surface of the barrel and the inner cylindrical surface the holder. Stripe-shaped protrusions are formed on the other of the outer cylindrical surface of the barrel and the inner cylindrical surface the holder. Each stripe-shaped protrusion is engaged in a respective groove.

Camera module

A portable electronic device includes a shell, an image capturing assembly, a signal processing circuit, and a connection plate. The shell defines a first annular shaped guiding slot. The image capturing assembly includes a camera module. The camera module includes a substrate and a flexible circuit board (FPC). The FPC has one end connected to the substrate and another end electrically coupled to the signal processing circuit. The connection plate includes a first plate positioned on the shell and a second plate perpendicular to the first plate. A second guiding slot is defined on the second plate and aligned with the first guiding slot on the shell. The connection plate, the shell, the first and second annular guiding slots cooperatively define a laid-down T-shaped receiving groove, the image capturing assembly is received in the T-shaped groove and is slidable along the T-shaped groove.

An LED light fixture includes a post having a fixing bar at a top end thereof, a first lamp mounted on the fixing bar, and a second lamp rotatably mounted on the fixing bar. The first and second lamps are capable of rotating with respect to the fixing bar to change an angle between the first and second lamps, to thereby change an illumination area and intensity distribution of the LED light fixture. In one position, the second lamp overlaps the first lamp, and LED light sources in the first lamp are alternate with those of the second lamp.
