A high-density connecting device is provided. The high-density connecting device includes a first connecting module and a second connecting module. The first connecting module includes a first casing assembly, a first circuit board, and a first socket connector. The second connecting module includes a second casing assembly, a second circuit board, and a second socket connector. When the first connecting module is mated with the second connecting module, a junction end of the first circuit board and a junction end of the second circuit board are inserted into the first socket connector and the second socket connector, respectively, so that the junction end of the first circuit board and the junction end of the second circuit board are electrically connected to the first socket connector and the second socket connector, respectively.

High-density connecting device

A connector with a direct locking and a rotational pre-ejection function is provided. The connector includes an insulated body, a plurality of terminals, an inner shell, an outer shell, a snap ring, a plurality of fasteners, an ejector, a first elastic element, and a second elastic element. The outer shell has a cam surface, the ejector has an abutting portion, and the abutting portion is in contact with the cam surface. When the connector and a mating connector are inserted into each other, snap bodies of the fasteners and fastener bodies of the mating connector can be snapped into each other to be directly locked. When the connector and the mating connector are to be separated from each other, the snap bodies of the fasteners and the fastener bodies of the mating connector can be separated from each other to be directly unlocked.

Connector with direct locking and rotational pre-ejection function

A connector with a direct locking and a rotational pre-ejection function is provided. The connector includes an insulated body, a plurality of terminals, an inner shell, an outer shell, a fastener, an ejector, a first elastic element, and a second elastic element. A plurality of push blocks are disposed in the outer shell, the ejector has a plurality of slope surfaces, and the push blocks are in contact with the slope surfaces, respectively. When the connector and a mating connector are inserted into each other, snap bodies of the fastener and fastener bodies of the mating connector can be snapped into each other to be directly locked. When the connector and the mating connector are to be separated from each other, the outer shell can be rotated to cause the snap bodies to disengage and to cause the push blocks to rotate while in contact with the sloped surfaces to effect ejector rods to move forwardly to eject the mating connector.

Electrical connector

An anti-vibration connector including an insulating body, a plurality of terminals, an inner housing, an outer housing, two ratchet assemblies, an elastic member and a rear housing. The terminals are disposed through the insulating body. The insulating body is disposed in the inner housing. The outer housing is sleeved outside the inner housing. The outer housing and the inner housing form a chamber. The ratchet assemblies are disposed in the chamber. The first ratchets are floatingly disposed on the outer housing, and the second ratchets are floatingly disposed on the inner housing. The elastic member is disposed between the two ratchet assemblies. The elastic member pushes the two second ratchets such that the two second ratchets are engaged with the two first ratchets, respectively. The rear housing is assembled to the inner housing, such that the two ratchet assemblies and the elastic member are positioned in the chamber.

Anti-vibration connector and method for assembling the same

An electrical wire management device includes a spring connector and an electrical wire assembly. The spring connector includes an insulating body and a plurality of spring terminals. The insulating body is arc-shaped, a side of the insulating body forms an opening, and the spring terminals are disposed on the insulating body. Each spring terminal has a contact portion and a pin portion. The contact portions of the spring terminals respectively extend into a plurality of wire grooves of the insulating body. The electrical wire assembly includes a plurality of electrical wires, and an end of each electrical wire has a connection portion. The connection portions of the electrical wires are respectively disposed into the wire grooves, the contact portions of the spring terminals respectively clamp the connection portions of the electrical wires, such that the electrical wires are electrically connected to the spring terminals.

Electrical wire management device and method for managing electrical wire

A connecting device includes a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a first insulating body, a plurality of first terminals and a first outer housing. A front end of the first insulating body has a plurality of first buckle bodies. Two opposite sides of each first buckle body are respectively arranged with two first grooves, and the rear ends of the two first grooves communicate with each other via a second groove. The second connector includes a second insulating body, a plurality of second terminals, an inner housing, a second outer housing, a locking member and an elastic member. The locking member is disposed inside the second outer housing. The elastic member is disposed between the inner housing and the second outer housing. The locking member has a plurality of second buckle bodies which respectively correspond in position to the first buckle bodies.

Connecting device

A high-speed push-pull self-lock connector includes a first plastic core, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals, a first shielding shell, a first housing, and a locking member. The first terminals and the second terminals are disposed through the first plastic core. The first shielding shell covers and is disposed outside the first terminals and the second terminals. The first housing is disposed outside the first plastic core. The first terminals, the second terminals and the first shielding shell are located in the first housing. The locking member has a plurality of locking portions. The locking portions protrude from an inner wall of a base portion of the locking member. The outer wall of the first housing has a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of guiding grooves formed between the convex portions. The locking member is movable to provide a self-locking function.

High-speed push-pull self-lock connector and connector assembly

A high-frequency connecting device includes a housing, a sandwiched member, an inner heat sink, a rear heat sink, a heat pipe, a upper heat sink and a connector. The inner heat sink is disposed inside the sandwiched member. The top and the bottom of the inner heat sink respectively have a first contact portion and a second contact portion. The upper heat sink has a third contact portion. A fourth contact portion is elastically disposed on the lower cover. The first and the second optical modules are respectively inserted into the upper and the lower spaces. The top and the bottom of the first optical module are in direct contact respectively with the third contact portion and the first contact portion, while the top and the bottom of the second optical module are in direct contact respectively with the second contact portion and the fourth contact portion.

High-frequency connecting device with enhanced cooling efficiency of optical module

A spring connector includes an insulating case and a plurality of spring terminals. The insulating case includes a plurality of cable slots spaced apart from each other. The spring terminals are disposed on the insulating case, and each of the spring terminals has a contacting portion and a tail portion. The contacting portion of each of the spring terminals is formed in a spiral shape so as to have a gap. The cables are respectively disposed in the cable slots of the insulating case, the cables are respectively arranged in the gaps of the contacting portions of the spring terminals, and each of the cables is sandwiched by the corresponding contacting portion, so that the spring terminals are electrically connected to the cables.

Spring connector and connecting device

A connection device with floatable self-adjusting contacts includes a first main body, a plurality of first and second contact point groups, a second main body, and a plurality of conducting boards (pin boards). The first and second contact groups are respectively disposed on the first and second bodies. The floating board is disposed on the second main body in a floating manner. The conducting board has an insulated main body and a plurality of conducting pins which are disposed on the insulated main body in a floating manner. The conducting pin has a first conducting portion contacting the first contact point, and a second conduct portion contacting the second contact point. The first and second conduct portions respectively have an arc-shaped periphery and an elastic arm. The conducting pins can respectively self-adjust to achieve an optimal downward contacting pressure.

Connection device with floatable self-adjusting contacts and connecting method thereof

A high-speed connector includes an insulating body, an insulating cap, two terminal sets and two shielding sheets. The insulating body includes a body portion and a tongue plate. The tongue plate divides the interior of the body portion into two accommodating spaces. The insulating cap is fitted around the front end of the tongue plate of the insulating body. Each of the two terminal sets includes a terminal base and a plurality of terminals. The two shielding sheets are disposed on one side of each of the two terminal sets respectively. A plurality of ground ports is disposed on one side of each shielding sheet respectively, in which the plurality of ground ports contacts the plurality of ground terminals of the plurality of terminals of each terminal set so that the two shielding sheets form ground shielding with the ground terminals of each terminal set respectively.

High-speed connector and connector assembly

A connector housing with heat dissipation structure includes a housing, a heat dissipation unit and a holding member. A first end part of the holding member is fixed to a top plate of the housing by using a first tongue piece engaged with a fastening piece, so an area of an opening of top plate is decreased and the EMI shielding effect is better. Two side arms of the holding member pass through the trenches inside the heat dissipation unit, such that the width of the heat dissipation unit is not limited and a heat dissipation area can be increased. The second end part of the holding member includes a second tongue piece plugged into a convex hull at a back cover, and an arrival end of the second end part withstands a stop part, so the holding member is not released easily and can endure an external force.

A removal assembly includes a main body, a positioning element, an elastic element, an actuating element, and a wrench element. The positioning element is movably disposed in an inner space of the main body, including a clasp part and an oblique side surface, and the clasp part extends out of the main body. The elastic element is disposed between the main body and the positioning element. The actuating element is pivotally installed in the inner space of the main body, including a pressing part and an abutting part, the pressing part extends out of the main body, and the abutting part abuts against the oblique side surface of the positioning element. The wrench element is connected to the main body, including a fixing part and a pivoting part.

Removal assembly

A high frequency signal communication connector with improved crosstalk performance includes an insulated housing, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals, a conductive shielding layer, and a metal shell. The insulated housing has two inserting slots. The first and second terminals are disposed in the insulated housing, and have front ends respectively extending into the two inserting slots, and rear ends respectively extending outside a bottom of the insulated housing. The conductive shielding layer is provided on the insulated housing, and is disposed with a plurality of through holes. The first and second terminals respectively pass through the through holes, so that the conductive shielding layer covers a part of the first and second terminals. The first and second terminals have grounding terminals contacting with the conductive shielding layer, so that the terminals have better shielding effectiveness to reduce crosstalk interference.
