[Problem] To realize a predetermined 'aseptic level of the containers' without introducing a container sterilizing machine and to reduce the burden for adjusting the temperature of the preform. System for aseptically filling a container with a beverage or food

Apparatus for feeding molten resin includes a holding unit that moves on a track and at least a pair of holders capable of holding and releasing the molten resin accompanying the opening and closing of the holding unit. A base portion is utilized for supporting the holders so as to be opened and closed and for holding the molten resin together with the holders. The molten resin discharged from an extrusion-forming machine and cut by a cutter is held by the holding unit, and it fed from the holding unit to a female mold of a compression-0molding machine. At the time of cutting the molten resin, a cutter mark is formed by the cutter on a cut surface of the molten resin.

Apparatus for feeding resin

An extrusion feed device for a composite resin capable of forming a composite resin extruded material having a variety of layer configurations not necessarily symmetrical. A plurality of cylindrical flow passages () and () for feeding a molten resin, an opening/closing valve () capable of opening/closing a center flow passage () and a cylindrical flow passage (), and a center opening/closing valve () capable of opening/closing the center flow passage are provided at the upstream side end part () of a discharge passage () for delivering the composite resin extruded material. A main resin () forming an outside layer is always fed from the cylindrical flow passage (), and the other molten resin () and/or () as an auxiliary resin is fed, at a proper timing, from the cylindrical flow passage () and the center flow passage () on the inside into the molten resin () on the outside by controlling the opening/closing valve () or the center opening/closing valve (). Thus, the composite resin mass in a variety of forms can be provided by involving, for example, multiple types of resins in the main resin layer in the state of being not involved in each other.

A composite synthetic resin material forming apparatus comprises an outer channel having an outer outlet, an inner channel having an inner outlet opening into the outer channel, outer synthetic resin supply means for flowing an outer synthetic resin through the outer channel, and inner synthetic resin supply means for flowing an inner synthetic resin through the inner channel. Opening and closing means for selectively opening and closing the inner outlet is disposed. The outer synthetic resin supply means intermittently supplies the outer synthetic resin to the outer channel in accordance with opening and closing of the inner outlet by the opening and closing means.
