An array antenna is proved. The array antenna provides multi-polarization by arranging multiple ports at adjacent positions. Specifically, the array antenna includes a first substrate having a first thickness and a rectangular shape, a second substrate disposed to be in contact with the bottom surface of the first substrate and having a second thickness and a rectangular shape, a ground surface shared by the first substrate and the second substrate, and first ports and second ports disposed to penetrate the ground surface.

The disclosure relates to an array antenna, and specifically, relates to an array antenna which improves performance by using a shorting pin. The array antenna includes a first antenna, a second antenna, the first antenna and the second antenna sharing a ground, and a substrate disposed on an upper portion of the ground, and the second antenna is disposed in contact with an upper portion of the substrate, the first antenna is disposed by penetrating through centers of the substrate and the second antenna, the array antenna includes a plurality of feeding pins disposed by penetrating through the second antenna, the substrate, and the ground, and the array antenna includes a plurality of shorting pins penetrating through the second antenna, the substrate, and the ground to be symmetric with the plurality of feeding pins.

The disclosure relates to an array antenna, and more specifically, the array antenna configured by arranging a plurality of antenna elements at close positions. An array antenna is provided. The array antenna includes a first antenna operating in a first mode, and a second antenna operating in a second mode, wherein a correlation between an electric field of the first mode and an electric field of the second mode falls below a first threshold which is predetermined, or a correlation between a magnetic field of the first mode and a magnetic field of the second mode falls below a second threshold which is predetermined.

Multi mode array antenna

A circularly polarized Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna using parasitic lines, in which circular polarization is implemented to improve the efficiency of the reception of satellite signals by an antenna. For this, a circularly polarized GPS antenna using parasitic lines according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a radiating patch formed on a top of the substrate, a parasitic line part formed on the top of the substrate and disposed to be spaced apart from the radiating patch, thus implementing circular polarization characteristics by inducing reverse current, a ground plate formed on a bottom of the substrate, and a feeding via formed through the substrate and configured to electrically connect the ground plate to the radiating patch.

Circularly polarized global positioning system antenna using parasitic lines

The invention provides a micro strip antenna used for both a near-field region and a remote-field region. A micro strip antenna comprises: a first dielectric substrate; a main patch, having a triangle shape under the first dielectric substrate, configured to feed a radiation current; a second dielectric substrate over the first dielectric substrate; and a sub patch, formed under the second dielectric substrate, configured to desert a current from the main patch to provide a vertical magnetic field.

Micro strip antenna

Inductively coupled antennas and methods of designing the same are disclosed. Electrically small antennas having relatively high efficiency and relatively broad bandwidth may be formed by inductively coupling an antenna loop to at least one antenna winding. Such antennas may be substantially planar. Various operating characteristics of such antennas may be adjustable by and/or dependent upon the strength of the inductive coupling between an antenna winding and an antenna loop.
