A display device including a first sensor part that includes a first trunk portion, a first branch portion connected to the first trunk portion and extending in a direction different from a first direction and a second direction, a second branch portion spaced apart from the first branch portion, and a bridge connecting the first branch portion to the second branch portion. A second sensor part includes a second trunk portion extending in the second direction, and a third branch portion disposed between the first branch portion and the second branch portion.

Display device

A display device including an input sensing unit. The input sensing unit includes sensors and signal lines connecting the sensors to a driving circuit for sensing a touch. The signal lines may include reception signal lines and transmission signal lines. A resistance value of the reception signal line connected to the sensor relatively far from the driving circuit is smaller than a resistance value of the reception signal line connected to the sensor relatively close to the driving circuit.

Display module

A display device includes a display panel, a main digitizer and a sub-digitizer disposed behind the display panel. A main flexible circuit board is disposed on a rear surface of the main digitizer and is connected to the main digitizer. A sub-flexible circuit board disposed on a rear surface of the sub-digitizer and connected to the sub-digitizer. A bridge flexible circuit board disposed on the rear surface of the main digitizer and the rear surface of the sub-digitizer and connected to the main flexible circuit board and the sub-flexible circuit board.

Display device and electronic device including the same

An electronic device includes a display layer configured to define a first non-folding area, a second non-folding area, and a folding area between the first non-folding area and the second non-folding area, and display an image, a sensor layer disposed on the display layer to detect an external input, a first digitizer disposed under the display layer and overlapping the first non-folding area, a second digitizer disposed under the display layer and overlapping the second non-folding area, and a main driver configured to calculate coordinates of a pen based on a first signal obtained from the sensor layer, a second signal obtained from the first digitizer, and a third signal obtained from the second digitizer.

Electronic device and driving method thereof

A display device includes an input sensing unit. The input sensing unit includes sensors and signal lines connecting the sensors to a driving circuit for sensing a touch. The touch sensing unit includes: a first pattern including a plurality of first lines; a first insulating layer located on the first pattern; and a second pattern located on the first insulating layer, and including a plurality of second lines overlapping the first lines in parallel with each other on a plane. Both side first boundary lines defining a width of each of the first lines are located between both side second boundary lines defining a width of each of the second lines on a plane.

An input-sensing device may include a plurality of sensors, and each of the plurality of sensors includes a plurality of protruding portions, and a plurality of signal lines that are connected to some of the plurality of sensors. The number of the protruding portions included in a sensor that is connected to one of the plurality of signal lines may be less than the number of the protruding portions included in another sensor that is connected to another one of the plurality of signal lines.
