The invention relates to a kit comprising a pharmaceutical composition containing repinotan or a physiologically acceptable salt of repinotan, and a means for the determination of the concentration of repinotan or its metabolites in body fluids, and also new pharmaceutical compositions containing repinotan or a physiologically acceptable salt of repinotan, and processes for their preparation.

Repinotan kit

A process for reducing the nitrogen oxide content in waste gases of combustion installations is disclosed. The present process is a catalytic reduction with ammonia wherein the nitrogen oxide-containing waste gases are conducted past temperature-resistant structures which are coated with a mixture of one or more aluminosiliciates of the faujasite group, silica sol and/or silicates and a copper compound.

Process for the reduction of nitrogen oxides

In a process for the production of olefins in two stages wherein, in the first stage, heavy petroleum fractions are hydrogenated in the presence of hydrogen and a hydrogenation catalyst and, in the second stage, the thus-hydrogenated fractions are subjected to thermal cracking the presence of steam, the improvement which comprises employing as the hydrogenation catalyst a zeolite of the faujasite structure combined with elements from Groups VIB, VIIB and VIII of the periodic table of the elements, wherein the alkali component of the zeolite is exchanged at least partially for ammonium, hydronium, alkaline earth and/or rare earth ions, and the elements are present in a metallic, ionic, oxidic and/or sulfidic form.

Two-stage production of olefins utilizing a faujasite structure zeolite

In the production of annealed products such as inorganic pigments wherein pigment-forming starting materials are mixed, optionally with the addition of auxiliary substances, thereafter annealed, optionally ground, washed and then dried, the improvement which comprises adding water to the mixture of pigment-forming materials to form an aqueous suspension containing at least about 10% by weight of H.sub.2 O, and applying said suspension to the surface of a hearth which has been heated to at least about 500.degree.C, thereby to heat said materials and to effect annealing. Advantageously the hearth is a horizontal, flat ring rotating about its center and in the course of one rotation of the ring the applied material is heated to the temperature of formation of the desired annealed product, calcined and removed from the surface of the ring before the one rotation has been completed.
