A telescopic system comprising at least two profiled rails which are guided linearly on one another in the longitudinal direction, are movable relative to one another over a distance and each have a longitudinal profile with longitudinal grooves and/or longitudinal ribs wherein at least one sliding element is provided on each profiled rail, via which sliding element the at least two profiled rails bear against one another in a slidable manner, and which sliding element is arranged so as to be fastened in an axially non-displaceable manner, at least with respect to the longitudinal direction, on the longitudinal profile of the associated profiled rail. Such a telescopic system is intended to be simpler in design and able to be mounted more easily. This is achieved in that the sliding element, at least with respect to a sliding plane defined by the longitudinal direction and a first transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, is then connected to a clamping element so as to be fixed against displacement on the profiled rail, wherein the clamping element is arranged with a clamping fit on the longitudinal profile of the profiled rail, to be precise in or on a longitudinal groove and/or on a longitudinal rib.

Telescopic system

A sliding element works with a guide system having two guide parts that can be moved relative to one another. The sliding element can be fixed to one of the guide parts by an attachment face () and includes, on a face opposite the attachment face (), a sliding surface () so as to be slidingly supported on the other guide part. The sliding element includes a first part (I) and a second part () which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative thereto, which parts include a contact surface () for mutual support. The contact surface () is axially inclined in a rotational direction of the second part () counter to the first part (I), and the two parts (I,) can be locked to one another in various angular positions and the locking can be released.

Sliding element

A linear guide which is of a simple structure and which can be easily fitted, having self-adjusting play reduction. It includes a slider with slide surfaces and a rail with guide surfaces, wherein the slider is guided with its slide surfaces adapted to the guide slide surfaces in a slidingly displaceable reciprocating relationship in a displacement direction at the guide surfaces of the rail. The self-adjusting play reduction of the linear guide has at least one adjusting element which according to the invention has a slide surface forming a portion of one of the slide surfaces of the slider.

A plain bearing for guiding a rail comprises a bearing housing () displaying a single, cylindrical through-opening (), and a sliding element (), which is supported in the through-opening () and which forms a sliding opening (), in which the rail (), by means of a rail head (), is mounted in displaceable fashion, where the through-opening () and the sliding opening () are laterally open towards the outside at an angle &#x3bc; formed by an engaging opening (), through which the rail head () of the rail () can engage the sliding opening (). To reduce wear and permit a low design height, the sliding opening () displays a polygonal cross-section, where at least one of the interior side surfaces () of the sliding element () that delimit the sliding opening () is essentially perpendicular to the greatest force expected during operation and transmitted via the sliding element () to the rail head ().

Plain bearing

The invention relates to a movable bearing for a slide () guided on two shafts (), with a linear bearing () guided on one of the shafts () and a bearing housing() that accommodates the linear bearing () and is connected to the slide () by a connector (). In order to further develop a movable bearing of this kind such that the bearing offers a long service life, precise guidance of the slide parallel to the plane defined by the two shafts and relatively little assembly effort with correspondingly low assembly costs, a movable bearing is provided which has a connector () designed in such a way that the bearing housing () is mounted in a manner permitting movement transverse to the longitudinal direction of the respective shaft () and parallel to the shaft plane () defined by the axes () of the two shafts ().

Floating bearing

A linear guide comprises a linear guide comprises a rail having a plurality of running tracks, a carriage having at least one sliding element positioned opposite at least one of the running tracks, and an adjuster positioned between the at least one sliding element and the carriage. The sliding element has an inclined surface that faces away from the at least one running track and extends at an angle with respect to a travel direction of the carriage. The inclined surface has a plurality of first steps. The adjuster is shiftable in the travel direction and has an adjuster surface with a plurality of second steps that rest in shiftable fashion against the plurality of first steps. The adjuster is biased in a biasing direction against the sliding element such that the second plurality of steps can slide over the first plurality of steps as the sliding element moves in the travel direction.
