A furniture hinge includes a carrier arm and a door fitting having a recessed cup that is rotatably disposed at one end of the carrier arm. A fastening plate is adjustably connected to another end of the carrier arm. A mounting plate is longitudinally adjustably attached to the fastening plate and is attachable to a furniture body. Either the fastening plate or the mounting plate includes a guide wall having a guide slot where the guide wall is bent perpendicularly to a plane of the respective plate. The other of the fastening plate or the mounting plate includes a guide tongue extending into the guide slot where the guide tongue is parallel to a plane of the other respective plate.

A metal fitting for furniture, which can be installed without tools in a recess in a panel-shaped furniture part. The metal fitting for furniture has a holding part, at the upper, free edge of which a radially protruding flange is provided, which can be guided in contact with the outside of the furniture part, and is provided with a clamping element, which can be propped open by a handle in clamping contact with the wall of the recess. The clamping element is constructed as a hoop, which extends over a portion of the height and a portion of the periphery of the holding part and, in its extent, is adapted essentially to the contour of the recess. On both sides of the hoop, lever shoulders, which are linked at the flange or in the vicinity of the flange at the holding part so that they can be swiveled about a common axis, are provided. The handle is linked so that it can be swiveled on the upper side of the flange about a swiveling axis, extending parallel to the swiveling axis of the hoop and, in the region of its pivotable mounting on the flange, in each case has a cam shoulder, which protrudes under the flange and engages in each case one of the cam counter-surfaces provided at the lever shoulders of the hoop.

A fitting for holding rollers of roller pull-out guides, for the rear wall of drawers, below the bottom and next to a side wall of the drawer, and protruding beyond the underside of the bottom. The longitudinal edges of the bottom of the drawer are held in grooves in the respectively assigned side walls of the drawer. The roller is rotatably mounted on a bearing flange section of the holding fitting, which can be mounted on the drawer. The bearing flange section protrudes downwards at right angles from a panel-shaped supporting flange section that can be fastened in horizontal abutment to the underside of the bottom of the drawer at a distance from and parallel to the side wall of the drawer. At least one matching flange section is provided at a distance from the bearing flange section and essentially parallel to the supporting flange section. The matching flange protrudes at right angles downwards in the same direction as the bearing flange section and can be placed against the inner surface of the side wall of the drawer. At least one tab-like shoulder protrudes from the supporting flange section downward beyond the matching flange section, and points towards the associated side wall of the drawer.

A fastening arrangement for guide rails of pull-out guides for drawers within the carcase of cabinets which have a narrow opening in the front relative to the interior width between the side walls of the carcase, the guide rails having a length which is less than the depth of the carcase. An extended metal distance profile having a length greater than the distance between the end of the guide rail while in its installation position at the front end of the carcase and the rear wall of the carcase is provided at the end of the guide rail. The distance profile is brought into an overlapping position with the guide rail and bridges the distance between end of the guide rail and the rear wall. The end of the distance profile, averted from the guide rail, is installed in a metal holding fitting provided at the rear wall of the carcase. The guide rail is connected to the distance profile in the mutually overlapping region.

A fastening plug for mounting furniture hardware having an expandable sleeve into which an elongated shaft of an expander enters, the shaft having a head for rotating the expander relative to the sleeve. The elongated shaft of the expander has multiple expansion sections along the length of the shaft and which taper in the direction of the protruding end of the shaft. The central bore of the sleeve which receives the elongated shaft of the expander, is shaped so as to complement the shaft, and the position of the complementary, tapering expansion sections of the shaft is varied relative to the complementary tapered central bore sections in the sleeve when the expander is rotated relative to the expansion sleeve.

Door-related hinge member (26) having a cup part with flattened sides, which is to be driven into a mortise in the back of a door. A flange extending outward against the back of the door is integral with the rim of the cup part, and retaining members are provided at the flattened sides, which can be spread apart by means of a handle provided on the flange in order to drive them into the wall of the mortise. On the bottom of the flange one or more centering pins can be provided for engagement in holes adjacent the mortise. Each retaining member (52) reaches substantially across the height of the associated flat in the cup part and through an opening in the mounting flange, and can swing radially on the cup part. On the emergent upper end of each retaining member a lever arm is provided which extends outwardly over the mounting flange, and at its outer free end it engages the associated handles by means of which the lever arm can be turned from a position lying substantially on the flange to a second position raised away from the flange.

A bottom drawer slide assembly with a guide rail is constructed as a profile rail to be secured to the carcase wall, a running rail is longitudinally movably mounted on the guide rail by means of rolling bodies retained in a cage. A hollow profile section whose cross-section is the same as the cross-section of the running rail, is pivotably connected to the inner end of the running rail. Cooperating guide means are provided on the guide rail, and the pivotable hollow profile section which hold the hollow profile section in the first position during movement of the running rail on the guide rail from the open position of the drawer in alignment with the running rail over the major portion of the inward movement, but pivot it increasingly into the second position parallel to the rear wall of the drawer when its inner end approaches the rear wall of the carcase.

A jig for hanging doors with preinstalled hinges on the stiles of cabinet carcases, wherein the hinge has a mounting plate which is to be placed on the front edge of the stile and fixed in the correct position on the stile. The jig has a body which can straddle the edge of the stile and be held in place by a cam action. It has at least one recess in an end of its portion straddling the stile, the width of the recess being at least equal to the width of the mounting plate and its depth substantially equal to the thickness of the mounting plate.

An arrangement for holding the bottom panel (12), which forms the bottom of a drawer, at the assigned side walls (14) of the drawer, for which the lateral edge regions of the bottom panel are in each case held seated on a supporting flange (26) protruding horizontally from the lower edge region of the side walls. In the rear end region of the side walls (14) of the drawer in the interior of the carcass, in each case an extended projection (28) protrudes upwards essentially at right angles from the supporting flange (26). An extended, groove-like recess (30), which is shaped essentially complementarily in cross section to the projection and the longitudinal extent of which is greater than the longitudinal extent of the projection, is provided in the underside of the bottom panel opposite to the projection. In the rear end surface of the extended projection, a borehole (32), extending in the pull-out direction of the drawer, is provided for accommodating the shaft of an adjusting screw (34), the head of which can be screwed down so as to contact directly or indirectly the rear end surface of the bottom panel forming the boundary of the bottom panel in the interior of the carcase.

The present invention is a fitting for the adjustable-height mounting of drawers on the runner rails of drawer slides, which support them on the bottom. On the runner rail of each drawer slide a slider is provided with a bearing surface facing the drawer bottom, and can be shifted parallel to the runner rails by a given amount. The slides are inclined, however, such that the bearing surface of the slider will be substantially flush with the drawer bottom or even below the drawer bottom when the drawer is supported on the runner rail in the properly installed position. But in the other end position the slider is shifted upward by the amount desired for the adjustment.

A furniture hinge (10) with a door-related hinge member, which is constructed as a hinge pot (18) that can be inserted countersunk in a recess (16) on the inside of the door leaf (12) and is composed of a pot part (20), lying within the recess, and a fastening flange (22), which can be placed upon the region of the inside of the door leaf, adjoining the door leaf recess (16), and can be fastened to the back side of the door leaf (12) by fastening means engaging the material of the door leaf (12) in the specified fastening position of the door leaf (12), the pot part (20), engaging the recess (16), being dimensioned smaller than the recess (16) in the door leaf (12) in such a manner, that, in the unfastened state, it can be shifted in the recess by a specified amount at least at right angles to the border edge of the door leaf (12). The pot part (20) and the fastening flange (22) are separately manufactured components, which in each case have plane connecting sections (30; 36) and can be superimposed on one another, brought into contact with one another and shifted relative to one another. In one of the connecting sections (36; 30), a threaded borehole (38) is provided and, in the associated region of the other connecting section (30; 36), an opening is provided, which is dimensioned larger than the diameter of the threaded borehole (38) at least in one adjusting direction. The shaft of a fastening screw (42), which is passed through the opening and presses the connecting sections (36; 30) together when tightened, is screwed into the threaded borehole (38).
