In a method for producing a winding overhang assembly for an electrical rotating machine, an insulating main body is produced at least partly from a dielectric material. Each of a plurality of conductors of a metal material is connected to the insulating main body via an intermediate layer, which is produced from a material which is different from the dielectric material of the insulating main body and from the metal material of the conductors and which is produced from silver, aluminum, antimony, magnesium, tin, zinc, lead, tantalum or from a mixture and/or from at least one alloy thereof. The conductors are hereby sprayed onto the intermediate layer by a thermal spraying method.

Method for producing a rotor for an electric rotating machine

A stator for an electrical rotating machine, in particular for use in a pod drive, includes a laminated stator core having coils. Each coil has a groove portion, a winding overhang portion and a connecting portion. The winding overhang portion is configured as a stator winding overhang board arranged at an end face of the laminated stator core and having an insulating main body and conducting tracks integrated into the insulating main body. Each conducting track is formed by a number of partial conducting tracks that are electrically insulated from each other. Conductors extend in the groove portion, with each conductor formed by a number of partial conductors that are electrically insulated from each other, wherein each of the conductors and an associated one of the conducting tracks of the winding overhang portion are electrically conductively connected in the connecting portion.

Stator for an electrical rotating machine

A rotor for an electric rotating machine, in particular a synchronous machine, includes a shaft and at least one pole shoe. The shaft has a first contact surface and the at least one pole shoe has a second contact surface. The first contact surface has a first profile and the second contact surface has a second profile corresponding to the first profile, with the first profile of the first contact surface lying on the corresponding second profile of the second contact surface in an interlocking manner.

Rotor for an electric rotating machine

A component designed to form a rotor for an electric machine includes a shaft, and an active part which is disposed in concentric circumferentially surrounding relation to the shaft. The active part has a radially inwardly open slot. A leg is connected to the shaft and has a tip which points radially outward from the shaft and is received in the slot of the active part. Further received in the slot of the active part is a first end of a connecting element. A fastening element secures the connecting element in a region of a second end to the leg to thereby establish a form-fit connection of the leg and the connecting element to the active part.

Component for an electric machine

A machine having a stator and a rotor having a rotor shaft supported in bearings, such that the rotor is rotatable about a rotation axis. The bearings are designed as active magnetic bearings in which the rotor is supported without contact. A respective back-up bearing is associated with each active magnetic bearing to catch the rotor when the respective active magnetic bearing fails. The respective back-up bearing has a bushing arranged on the rotor shaft and a sliding device arranged on the stator. The respective bushing has an inner ring arranged radially inside to fasten the bushing on the rotor shaft, and an outer ring that surrounds the inner ring radially outside and slides in the sliding device of the respective back-up bearing when the respective active magnetic bearing fails. The inner and outer rings are made of different materials and are connected to each other in a bonded manner.

A tube mill has a body arranged for rotation about an axis of rotation. Material to be ground can be introduced into the body for comminution. The tube mill has an electric motor for rotationally driving the body. The electric motor has a rotor arranged around the body and connected to the body for rotation therewith and has a stator arranged stationarily around the rotor. The tube mill has a concrete element running around at least half the circumference of the stator yoke which is connected to the concrete element in such a way that forces acting on the stator yoke are transferred to the concrete element.
