In order to provide a clamping device with a clamping rail which is guided for displacement in its longitudinal direction and an actuating device which comprises a gripping element, by means of which the clamping rail can be displaced, which has a great ease of operation it is suggested that a first contact element and second contact element be held on the clamping rail, that the clamping rail be displaceable in relation to the first contact element and that the first contact element be rotatable relative to the actuating device.

Clamping device

In order to provide a clamping device with a clamping rail ( ) guided for displacement and an actuating device ( ) which comprises a gripping element ( ), by means of which the clamping rail ( ) can be displaced, which can be used universally it is suggested that the clamping rail ( ) be displaceable via the gripping element ( ) in one direction (A) or an opposite direction (B) and that a change-over device be provided for freeing the displacement in one direction (A; B) and blocking the displacement in the opposite direction (B; A).

In order to provide an edge clamp, in particular, for pressing edge parts onto edges of workpieces extending between an upper side and an underside, comprising a clamp body, a first clamping jaw adapted to abut on the upper side of the workpiece and a second clamping jaw adapted to abut on the underside of the workpiece for fixing the clamp body on the workpiece and a means for generating clamping pressure actuatable by means of an actuating element for acting upon an edge pressure element acting on the edge part, which is as simple as possible to handle and can be fixed securely in position on the workpiece it is suggested that the clamp body have guide means, along which the clamping jaws are guided for displacement towards one another and away from one another and that a securing in position of the clamp body on the workpiece can be achieved by displacing the clamping jaws in the guide means in the direction towards the workpiece.

Edge clamp

To improve a strap clamping device comprising a clamping strap forming an outer loop to wrap around one or several workpieces, and a tightening device for tightening the outer loop to clamp the workpiece or workpieces, such that it is operable in as convenient a way as possible, it is proposed that the tightening device comprise a base element supported on the loop with a guide opening through which the loop is guided, that the tightening device include a pull element, that the pull element and the base element be moveable relative to each other by means of an adjusting device, and that the loop run between the base element and the pull element and engage the pull element such that upon relative movement of the base element and the pull element, the outer loop is tightenable under the effect of a double pulley.

Strap clamping device

In order to provide a C-shaped clamp for clamping workpieces, comprising a C-shaped clamp bow, a spindle nut arranged at one end of the clamp bow, a clamping spindle mounted in the spindle nut and a support arranged at the other end of the clamp bow, which can be used in conjunction with auxiliary elements for clamping a workpiece, it is proposed that the clamp bow have a guide section with guide surfaces for guiding infinitely adjustable, auxiliary elements for the C-shaped clamp.
