Industrial oven providing air recirculation for heat treatment processes having temperature uniformity within a charge to be treated, including oven walls, spacers disposed between the oven walls for supporting the charge at a distance from the oven walls defining a space therebetween and for allowing a recirculated hot air flow around the charge from all sides, and elements disposed in the space between the charge and the oven walls for influencing the air flow.

Casting material is delivered to molds arranged along a casting line by a pouring ladle mounting mechanism which includes a vertical column rotating about a vertical axis and a cantilever mounted at one end on the vertical column for rotation about a horizontal axis, and have a free end, opposite to the mounted end, upon which the ladle is mounted by a fork engaging outriggers on the ladle. Tilting of the ladle is effected by rotation of the cantilever and movement of the ladle through a horizontal plane is effected by rotation of the vertical column. The mechanism is transported along the casting line by a wheeled car moving on rails and a hydrodynamic sliding bearing mechanism arranged at the bottom of the vertical column acts as a weighing device to effect dosed pouring from the ladle.

Apparatus for pouring casting material

An induction crucible furnace having a crucible surrounded by an induction coil member that is prestressed in axial direction by ring members disposed at opposite ends of the coil member and connected together by a plurality of tie rods extending parallel to the axis of the coil member and distributed uniformly about the periphery of the crucible one of the ring members being fixed to a base frame of the furnace, includes spacer means disposed between the ring members and the coil member and having inner and outer diameters matching those of at least one of the members.
