An electronic device and an operating method of an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a memory storing a first codec and a second codec having lower performance than the first codec, communication circuitry, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive, from a server related to a video call, performance information of external electronic devices participating in the video call, determine whether to perform encoding using the first codec based on the performance information, and control the communication circuitry to transmit, to the server, a first image stream encoded using the first codec and a second image stream encoded using the second codec based on the determination.

Embodiments herein disclose methods for handling a data driven model in a wireless communication network. The method includes identifying, by a first electronic device, a common data driven model capability between a capability information of one or more first data driven model and a capability information of one or more second data driven model. The one or more first data driven model is associated with the first electronic device and the one or more second data driven model is associated with the second electronic device. Further, the method includes performing, by the first electronic device, one of: storing the common data driven model capability in the first electronic device on identifying the common data driven model capability, and disabling a data driven model capability in the first electronic device on not identifying the common data driven model capability.

The electronic device includes a communication circuit configured to transmit or receive data using a call channel established through a call connection with an external electronic device, and a processor configured to transmit content, which is pre-processed using a first transmission filter, to the external electronic device through the call channel, receive a first real-time control protocol (RTCP) message transmitted by the external electronic device through the call channel, identify a status of the call channel, based on the first RTCP message, determine whether or not to perform an operation of pre-processing the content to be transmitted to the external electronic device using a second transmission filter, transmit a second RTCP message using the second transmission filter to the external electronic device, and perform transmission of the content, based on the second transmission filter.

According to various embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device includes: a wireless communication module; a processor operatively connected with the wireless communication module; and a memory operatively connected with the processor, wherein the memory may store instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to: establish a session for a media service with a counterpart electronic device by using the communication module; transmit a packet including a first message related to the use of a quality service to the counterpart electronic device after the session is established; determine whether the counterpart electronic device can use the quality service on the basis of a second message in a packet received from the counterpart electronic device; enable at least one quality improvement function on the basis of the second message if the counterpart electronic device can use the quality service; and while the media service is being performed, transmit to the counterpart electronic device, a packet having improved quality on the basis of the quality improvement function. A method of generating a medical resonance image and a medical imaging apparatus using the same are provided. The medical imaging apparatus includes a signal controller configured to determine flip angles respectively corresponding to radio frequency (RF) refocusing pulses included in a fast spin-echo (FSE) pulse sequence, based on a pseudo-steady state model of a flip angle schedule. The medical imaging apparatus further includes an RF transmitter configured to apply an RF excitation pulse to an object, and apply the RF refocusing pulses to the object based on the determined flip angles. The medical imaging apparatus further includes an image processor configured to generate a magnetic resonance (MR) image based on an MR signal that is received from the object.

There is provided a magnetic resonance imaging device comprising: a pulse generating unit that generates a saturation pulse for reducing a signal of a water molecule within the living body and a pulse sequence after saturation time for the saturation pulse; a sampling implementing unit that implements sampling in each of a plurality of k-spaces acquired according to a repeated sequence applying the saturation pulse and the pulse sequence, and implements the sampling for a sampling area including a center portion of each of the k-spaces and a certain portion differently determined for each of the k-spaces; and an image acquiring unit that acquires a reconstructed image from the data acquired as a result of the sampling. Here, the pulse generating unit applies a saturation pulse having a different frequency per the sequence, and the sampling implementing unit acquires data for the center portion at a Nyquist rate.

Magnetic resonance imaging device and magnetic resonance imaging method using the same device

The magnetic resonance imaging device in accordance with the example embodiments, the magnetic resonance imaging device has an advantage that it is capable of generating an image quickly having a high resolution while minimizing generation of artifacts by comprising a data processing unit configured to relocate, in a K-space, gradient echo data acquired during inversion time by an inversion pulse and spin echo data acquired after the lapse of the inversion time; and an image generating unit configured to generate a final image from the spin echo data and the gradient echo data, in order to generate a magnetic resonance image quickly using long inversion time by the inversion pulse.
