The present invention relates to an endoscope suturing device and, more specifically, to an endoscopic suturing device capable of suturing a range of incisions by using an endoscope. According to the present invention, a wide range of incisions can be continuously sutured with high suturing power by using an endoscope, the suturing procedure time can be shortened, and a suturing method using a suture can minimize leftover foreign substances in the body, and thus can prevent side effects caused by the foreign substances. In addition, by using an endoscope, suturing with high-reliability is possible regardless of the range of suture areas, and thus the present invention can be used for simple suturing procedures and various internal surgeries such as gastrointestinal reduction surgery and NOTES, which uses a natural orifice.

An electrical stimulation device according to an embodiment includes: an elongated element having working channels; a plurality of electrical stimulators each including a longitudinal member extending along the longitudinal direction of the working channel, and a tip which is installed at the distal end of the longitudinal member and configured to apply electrical stimulation to a subject; and a control unit that independently controls the plurality of electrical stimulators to vary the range of electric stimulation applied to the subject.

The present invention relates to a suturing bead, a suturing needle, a side suction cap and to an endoscopic organ suturing implement using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an endoscopic organ suturing implement comprising a suturing bead which can be naturally rested lying against the organ wall during discharge, a suturing needle by means of which it is possible to control discharge of the suturing bead, and a side suction cap constituted in such a way as to be able to prevent damage to other organs during surgery.

The present disclosure relates to a two-photon probe for in-vivo imaging, having high selectivity for copper(II) ion, and a method for quantitatively estimating copper(II) on (Cu) in vivo using the same. The two-photon probe according to the present disclosure can detect intracellular free copper(II) on for a long period of time with a penetration depth greater than 90 &#x3bc;m in living cells and tissues without the problems of mistargeting and photobleaching and can quantitatively estimate copper(II) on concentration in vivo using the ratio of blue emission intensity at 400-450 nm and red emission intensity at 550-650 nm.

The present disclosure relates to a two-photon fluorescent dye for imaging total sulfide in vivo and a method for quantitatively estimating total sulfide concentration in vivo using the same. A bead for stitching, a vacuum cap for suction-holding an internal organ, and an apparatus for stitching an internal organ using the vacuum cap are disclosed. The bead includes a through hole which is formed vertically through the bead so that a stitching fiber passes through the bead. At least one of both ends of the bead is inclined relative to a transverse direction of the bead. The bead is shaped to pass through a hole formed in a stitching needle. That apparatus includes an endoscope tube having a stitching needle which is movable in a longitudinal direction thereof and a suction tube for drawing air, and a vacuum cap having at an end thereof a fastening hole to which the endoscope tube is fastened. A suction hole is formed in the vacuum cap in a direction crossing the fastening hole.
