An electronic device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, can comprise: a housing which has an opening part penetrating through the inside and the outside of the electronic device and forms the outside of the electronic device; a key button inserted into the opening part so as to be movable; a sealing member which is disposed such that the sealing member slidably contacts the outer surface of the key button, and prevents communication between the inside and the outside of the electronic device through the inner surface of the opening part and the outer surface of the key button; and a push switch accommodated in the housing and pressed by an inward movement of the key button. Disclosed is a packet switch equipment and a band control method using same. In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, a number of packets are sampled by using a packet sampling function provided by a packet switch chip, and the sampled packets are transmitted to a CPU. By using the transmitted sample packets, the total amount of bandwidth used by a corresponding user is estimated based on the source MAC address or the source IP address. If the estimated value exceeds a predetermined threshold, a bandwidth limitation function is applied to the user that is providing packets that exceed the bandwidth. A number of users can be dynamically recognized even when they are undefined, and a dynamic bandwidth limitation function is performed by tracking the bandwidth used by a corresponding user.

A system for processing protocols for Internet services employing a serial line and an asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) network, including a settop-box for loading transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP) data on a designated ATM cell or delivering TCP/IP data loaded on an ATM cell to a computer, and an Internet gateway for converting the data according to a protocol used in an external network into the TCP/IP data transferred through the settop-box and the ATM network, wherein the Internet gateway also converts the TCP/IP data into the data according to the protocol used in the external network.
