An apparatus for monitoring comprehensive growth condition of potted lettuce consists of a polarized hyperspectral imaging system and a 3D laser scanning system. The polarized hyperspectral imaging system includes a control system, a dual-coordinate sample holder, an image acquisition system, and a light source system, and the polarized hyperspectral imaging system detects water and fertilizer stress in lettuce by polarized hyperspectral multi-dimensional reflection imaging of characteristics on a canopy/leaf scale. The 3D laser scanning system detects morphological characteristics such as the biomass, stem diameter, plant height, and leaf area of lettuce. The method includes: step 1: culturing samples: cultivating the potted lettuce under a water stress, and under a nitrogen stress and water stress; step 2: acquiring morphological data of an entire lettuce plant; step 3: processing and analyzing data; step 4: correcting a model by using a water compensation factor; step 5: establishing a multi-characteristic integration model.

A water stress detection method for tomatoes in a seedling stage based on micro-CT and polarization-hyperspectral imaging multi-feature fusion, comprising: using micro-CT to scan microscopic morphological features such as water stress stomata, spongy body, palisade tissue, cilia, vascular bundle, root volume, main root, and root hair density of tomatoes; using a polarization-hyperspectral imaging system to obtain macroscopic morphological features such as crown width, plant height, and leaf inclination of water stress plants, as well as leaf vein distribution, average gray, and leaf margin shaded area under a water-sensitive wavelength of 1450 nm, and macroscopic morphological features such as polarization states, stock vectors, and Mueller matrix variables of 1450 nm feature images at 0&#xb0;, 45&#xb0;, 90&#xb0;, 135&#xb0;, and 180&#xb0; feature polarization angles. By fusion of internal and external structures, above-ground, underground, and macroscopic and microscopic morphological features of water stress tomatoes, and mutual fusion of water stress feature wavelength images and polarization state features, advantages are complementary, comprehensive and precise extraction and precise quantitative analysis of water stress features of the tomatoes are implemented, and a basis for scientific management of water and fertilizer integration of facilities is provided.

Water stress detection method for tomatoes in seedling stage based on micro-CT and polarization-hyperspectral imaging multi-feature fusion

A multi-scale habitat information-based method and device for detecting and controlling water and fertilizer for crops in seedling stage: performing fusion analysis on multi-scale features of the water and fertilizer stress of crops on the basis of crop canopy-scale three-dimensional laser scanning information, foliage-scale polarization-hyperspectral imaging information, and micro-scale micro-CT scanning information; combining the real-time feedback of the temperature, humidity, illumination and substrate moisture content within a crop growing greenhouse; by means of multi-information fusion modeling, comprehensively determining and feeding back the water and fertilizer stress of the crops as well as water requirement and fertilizer requirement information, and providing policy information for the amount of fertilization and irrigation. On the basis of the policy information for water and fertilizer, and on the basis of frequency conversion speed control technology and pipeline constant pressure control technology, a water and fertilizer control system controls the pressure of a pipeline and the flow rate of the fertilizer by means of dynamically controlling the rotation speed of an irrigation pump and a fertilizer pump, and thus, combined with the dynamic feedback of an EC value, the accurate control of a liquid fertilizer ratio and irrigation volume is achieved.

Multi-scale habitat information-based method and device for detecting and controlling water and fertilizer for crops in seedling stage

A greenhouse information automatic monitoring method, adopting a multi-sensor system, using binocular vision multi-function cameras combining with a laser ranging sensor and an infrared temperature measuring sensor, realizing online patrol monitoring of greenhouse crop comprehensive information of image and infrared temperature characteristics of plant nutrition, water, pest and disease damage as well as plant crown width, plant height, fruit and growth characteristics. The multi-sensor system is mounted on a suspension slide platform and combines with a lifting mechanism and an electric control rotation pan-tilt, such that not only accurate positioning and stationary point detection in the detection travelling direction can be realized, but also multi-sensor information patrol detection at different detection distances, different top view fields and different detection angles is realized.

The device can automatically return to be charged at a cruise detection interval of a movement platform when the electric quantity is lower than a threshold, thereby improving the working efficiency and automation degree of a movement monitoring platform, reducing the labor management cost, and meanwhile greatly improving the reliability and safety of a charging docking process and facility power consumption.

A first cantilever frame is fixed at an upper portion of the rotating shaft; a laser ranging sensor is mounted at a tail end of the first cantilever frame; a second cantilever frame is fixed at a lower portion of the rotating shaft, and a pressure sensor is mounted at a tail end of the second cantilever frame. The detection platform has several bases; weight information crop is collected via a load sensor; stem diameter and plant height information crop is collected via the pressure sensor, a photoelectric encoder and the laser ranging sensor; and growth information crop is described through information fusion, which can improve the efficiency and continuously monitor dynamic change information about the growth of a target crop in a growth process.
