The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of functional films, and in particular relates to a self-lubricating film over wide temperature ranges in vacuum and a preparation method and use thereof. The present disclosure provides a self-lubricating film over wide temperature ranges in vacuum, including: a bonding layer, a transition layer and a lubricating layer laminated in sequence, wherein the bonding layer has a chemical composition of Ti; the transition layer has a chemical composition of Ti and TiB; the lubricating layer has a chemical composition of Ti, TiBand MoS. In the present disclosure, when the self-lubricating films over wide temperature ranges in vacuum are exposed to different temperatures, different components of Ti, TiBand MoSin the films may be correspondingly excited to enrich in frictional contact areas. The composition of each layer synergistically exerts a lubricating effect and improves the tribological properties and stability of the self-lubricating film over wide temperature ranges in vacuum in a vacuum over a wide temperature range.

Self-lubricating film over wide temperature ranges in vacuum and preparation method and use thereof

Disclosed is an environment-friendly and flame-retardant abradable seal coating material with an ultra-low density and a use method thereof. The seal coating material includes a component A and a component B packaged separately; the component A includes 20-30 wt % of a curing agent for bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20-30 wt % of a liquid phosphorus-containing curing agent, 20-40 wt % of a hollow glass microbead, 1-5 wt % of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, 5-15 wt % of dimethyl methylphosphonate and 0.5-3 wt % of a silane coupling agent; the component B includes 30-40 wt % of a bisphenol A epoxy resin, 30-40 wt % of a liquid phosphorus-containing epoxy resin, 20-30 wt % of a hollow glass microbead, 0-10 wt % of a liquid acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and 0.5-3 wt % of a silane coupling agent. The method includes: mixing the component A and the component B to obtain a coating, and applying the obtained coating to a surface of a part for curing.

Environment-friendly and flame-retardant abradable seal coating material with ultra-low density and use method thereof

The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of a niobium diselenide (NbSe) film with ultra-low friction and low electrical noise under sliding electrical contact in vacuum. The method uses a direct current (DC) closed field magnetron sputtering method for preparation. Through process design of low deposition pressure and low sputtering energy, on one hand, a purity of an NbSesputtered product is kept, generation of interference phases such as NbSeis avoided, and electrical conductivity of the sputtered NbSefilm is greatly improved, and on the other hand, a nanocrystalline/amorphous superlattice composite structure is formed, and excellent mechanical and lubricating properties are achieved. Under sliding electrical contact in vacuum, compared with those of a common electroplated gold coating, a friction coefficient of the film is reduced to 0.02 from 0.25, a wear life is prolonged by at least 7 times, and the electrical noise is reduced by about 50%.
