Disclosed is a blended polyester thin film, comprising a copolyester and a homopolyester. The thin film is composed of upper, middle, and lower layers. Each of the three layers is a homogeneous mixture of the copolyester and the homopolyester. The copolyester comprises 800-2000 ppm by mass of SiOadded by means of in-situ polymerization. A dihydric alcohol component in the copolyester comprises ethylene glycol, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and 1,4-butanediol. The melting point of the copolyester is between 200-240° C. The blended polyester film of the present invention has excellent processability, excellent chemical resistance, such as acid and alkali resistance, and excellent uniformity. A film-coated metal plate prepared from the blended polyester thin film can meet performance requirements of metal containers for food and beverage packaging with complex molding processing and high corrosion resistance.

A blended polyester laminating film resistant to discoloration caused by cooking, comprising polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate. The blended polyester laminating film comprises three layers, i.e., upper, middle, and lower layers. One surface layer contains SiOin a mass fraction of 1200-2000 ppm added by in-situ polymerization. The blended polyester laminating film is manufactured by a three-layer coextrusion biaxial stretching method, and the manufacturing method is 240-275° C. A film-laminated metal sheet manufactured from the blended polyester laminating film has excellent resistance to discoloration caused by cooking, and is applied to metal containers for food and beverage packaging that require high-temperature sterilization.

Disclosed are a high-strength multiphase steel tinned raw plate and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the mass percentages of the components of the multiphase steel tinned raw plate are: 0.081%-0.14% of C, 0.2%-0.8% of Mn, 0.01%-0.09% of Al, 0.01%-0.03% of P, 0.002%-0.015% of N, also containing one or more than one of 0.001%-0.005% of B, 0.005%-0.05% of Cr, 0.001%-0.1% of Ti, 0.001%-0.2% of Nb, 0.005%-0.03% of Cu, 0.001%-0.008% of Mo, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; and satisfy: 0.21%≤Mn+1.3 Cr+3.2 Mo+0.5 Cu≤0.91%. The tinned raw plate has a structure comprising ferrite grains, pearlite, martensite and cementite particles, wherein the total volume fraction of the pearlite, martensite and cementite particles is 5%-20%, the volume fraction of the martensite is 1%-5%, and the martensite has a solid solution content of carbon of ≥0.07%. The tinned raw plate has a high strength and better elongation, and can be used to produce a can body, a can bottom, an easy-open end and a twist-off cap, etc. of a three-piece can which has higher requirements for strength and elongation.

High-strength multiphase tinned steel raw plate and manufacturing method therefor

Laminated steel having a low interface bubble rate, comprising: a substrate with a surface roughness of 0.15-0.25 &#x3bc;m and a modified flexible polyester film thermally laminated onto the surface of the substrate. The modified flexible polyester film is obtained by copolymerization modification of ethylene terephthalate with a low-molecular-weight aliphatic polyester. A method for manufacturing the laminated steel having an extremely low interface bubble rate, comprising the steps of: (1) preheating and then heating the substrate; (2) uncoiling the modified flexible polyester film at room temperature, and then thermally laminating same onto the substrate; and (3) cooling and squeeze-drying. The laminated steel having a low interface bubble rate is made of the substrate with a low surface roughness and the modified flexible polyester thermally laminated onto the surface of the substrate, so that the laminated steel has the low interface bubble rate, high product surface quality, excellent adhesion property, and is applicable for forming into deep-drawn containers.

Provided is a method for producing a film-coated metal plate, comprising the steps of: (1) pre-heating and soaking a metal plate; (2) laminating a film on the metal plate, with a deflector roller configured to be movable in a horizontal direction to adjust an angle &#x3b1; between the metal plate and a vertical direction; (3) cooling the metal plate; (4) compressing the metal plate to dry it; (5) reheating and post-processing the metal plate.
