A rotating motor and a fan are provided. In the rotating motor, by arranging a first bearing seat, a second bearing seat, and a plurality of support rods to form the supporting frame, the coaxiality between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat can be ensured to reduce the accumulated tolerance of assembly. In addition, the motor has a stator having stator teeth. The inner diameter of the inner circular hole of the stator teeth is disposed to be larger than the outer diameter of the second bearing seat.

Motor

A non-mechanical differential coaxial counter-rotating power device () includes an inner shaft (), an outer shaft (), a reluctance rotor (), a permanent magnet rotor (), a stator () and a driving device (). The outer shaft () is fitted over the inner shaft (), an end of the inner shaft () protruding from the outer shaft (). The stator () includes a stator core () and a main winding () and an auxiliary winding (), and the main winding and the auxiliary winding are wound around the stator core (). The driving device () is connected to the main winding () and the auxiliary winding () to drive the main winding () and the auxiliary winding (), respectively.
