The present invention provides a micro-nano impact indentation testing device and method based on cyclic refrigeration, and relates to the technical field of material property testing. The testing device comprises a pressure rod and a stage for low-temperature micro-nano impact indentation testing, and a refrigeration device for refrigerating and cooling the pressure rod and the stage, wherein the refrigeration device refrigerates the pressure rod and the stage by adopting an embedded channel, a cold conduction wire connected to the pressure rod and the stage and a refrigeration balancer in contact with the cold conduction wire are arranged between the pressure rod and the stage, and the temperature of the pressure rod and the temperature of the stage are stabilized at a common temperature point by the cold conduction wire and the refrigeration balancer together.

The method can comprehensively reveal the current-carrying friction damage mechanism of the armature-rail interface under the variable magnetic field intensity condition.

Dynamic acoustic emission in-situ testing device and method for electromagnetic rail launcher

The present invention belongs to the technical field of crop mapping based on remote-sensing images, and relates to a method and system for crop mapping across large regions with low sample dependence. The method includes: acquiring remote sensing data, ground sample data, meteorological data, soil data, establishing geographically divided crop planting regions; establishing key growth period model libraries corresponding to individual crop regions; constructing machine learning models based on a plurality of machine learning algorithms, to obtain machine learning crop extraction models; selecting an optimal machine learning crop extraction model; acquiring a spatial crop distribution base map; performing product correction based on the disaster information; and acquiring a regional crop map using a target crop extraction model adapted for the disaster response. The present invention, achieve high-accuracy and large-scale crop mapping, and reduce the crop sample dependence of crop mapping.

The friction testing system includes a pin-on-disk type friction pair, a current loading mechanism, and a magnetic field generating mechanism. The current loading mechanism includes a conductive terminal abutting against an annular sidewall of a disk specimen and used to guide a current in the disk specimen to flow along a horizontal direction, and the magnetic field generating mechanism is used to generate a magnetic field. The instrument includes: a support frame module used to provide a stable support and an effective vibration isolation for each functional module of the instrument; a high-frequency fatigue load applying module used to apply a high-frequency fatigue load on a tested sample; a static-dynamic mechanical load applying module used to apply a combination of static-dynamic tension/compression/bending loads on the tested sample; a high/low temperature applying module used to apply a variable temperature environment from a low temperature to a high temperature on the tested sample; and an in-situ monitoring module that may integrate a surface deformation damage measurement assembly, a three-dimensional strain measurement assembly, a microstructure measurement assembly, and an internal damage detection assembly according to a practical testing requirement.

Provided are a material in-situ test device and method under multi-load and multi-physical field coupled service conditions. The device is composed of a precise six-degree-of-freedom composite load applying module, a precise torsion module, a precise indentation module, a clamp module and a control module which work together to complete a composite-load and multi-physical field coupled experiment, and is integrated with a digital speckle strain measurement and infrared thermal imaging module and a microscope observation module, so as to carry out in-situ observation and quantitative characterization on material deformation behaviors and damage mechanism phenomena in a composite-load and multi-physical field loading process. A method for passive cancellation of substrate noise for a buck converter uses an on-chip capacitor to reduce the substrate noise. The capacitor achieves a close-magnitude noise with opposite phase for better noise cancellation effect in the substrate. The capacitor can be realized as a MOS capacitor, NMOS isolation ring n-well capacitor, n-well junction capacitor, isolated p-well junction capacitor, etc. The capacitor is easy to implement. Further, bond wire parasitic inductance in the buck converter is used to reduce substrate noise.
