The energy storage power supply includes a battery module; an inverter module electrically connected to the battery module; an output module electrically connected to the inverter module; an detection module electrically connected to the output module; an communication module communicated with another energy storage power supply; an switching module electrically connected to the inverter module or the output module; and a processor module electrically connected to the detection module, the communication module and the switching module, and is configured to control, according to the power of a load detected by the detection module, the switching module to be electrically connected to the inverter module or the output module.
