A repair device for burnout of a stator iron core in a giant hydraulic turbine generator, and a repair method thereof are provided. The repair device includes toothed plates, ventilation slots, binding holes, ventilation holes, and binding cables. Each of the toothed plates is matched with a burnout area in the middle of the iron core, such that two ends of the toothed plate are in contact with plate assemblies. The binding cables rotatably pass through the binding holes and are pulled tightly to bind the toothed plates and coil bars into an integral structure. The present disclosure solves the problem of influence on the power generation benefit during the flood season due to long re-lamination cycle after burnout of the middle of the stator iron core of the hydraulic turbine generator.

Disclosed is a method and standard module for amplifying pulsed power. The key point of the technical solution is as follows: a method for amplifying pulsed power is formed by means of the joint action of a LASER mode of a crystal medium, a carrier multiplication amplification mode of a semiconductor medium, and a plasma breakdown amplification mode of a gas medium. Electric power which is amplified is converted into optical power first, the optical power is amplified again, and the amplified optical power is converted into electric power again by a photoelectric conversion and amplification device. A gas switch is triggered based on a photoconductive switch to generate a timing-synchronized high-power electric pulse. The high-power electric pulse may be directly outputted or distributed in multiple channels to obtain multiple timing-synchronized trigger signals. In combination with pulse charge of a capacitor, multiple timing-synchronized high-power electric pulses are outputted.

Method and standard module for amplifying pulsed power

Disclosed are a high-power repeat-frequency solid-state switch controlled by a combination of an optical amplification and an electrical amplification, and a method. The switch includes an optical pulse unit, an optical amplification device, an optical coupling device and a photoelectric semiconductor structure; the photoelectric semiconductor structure takes a photoelectric effect material as a base, and a multi-layer doping structure is manufactured on the photoelectric effect material; the optical pulse unit is configured to output an optical pulse signal to the optical amplification device; the optical amplification device is configured to amplify the optical pulse signal; the optical coupling device is configured to shape and diffuse the amplified optical pulse signal to form an array optical pulse signal; and irradiated by the optical pulse signal, the photoelectric effect material generates photo-induced carriers subjected to a photo-induced linear model amplification and/or a field-induced nonlinear model amplification in the multi-layer doping structure.
