The present invention provides a single-layer multi-point touch-control conductive film and a method for producing the same. The single-layer multi-point touch-control conductive film includes a transparent substrate having a first surface; a bridging module provided on the first surface of the transparent substrate; a transparent polymer layer provided on the first surface of the transparent substrate, the transparent polymer layer covers the bridging module; the transparent polymer layer is formed with a first groove-like grid on the surface, the first groove-like grid is filled with a conductive material, respectively forming a first electrode and a plurality of second electrode modules, the bridging module electrically connects two adjacent second electrode modules, to form a second electrode; and a conductive module, provided on the transparent polymer layer, and penetrating the transparent polymer layer; each of the second electrode modules is in electrical connection with the bridging module via the conductive module.

Single-layer multi-point touch-control conductive film

A double-sided patterned transparent conductive film includes an upper surface conductive layer () and a lower surface conductive layer (). The upper surface conductive layer is a patterned trench network; the lower surface conductive layer is a full-surface trench network. A trench of the upper surface conductive layer is filled with conductive material (), and a trench of the lower surface conductive layer is intermittently filled with conductive material (). The double-sided patterned transparent conductive film has a high resolution, transmittance, independently adjustable square resistance and many other advantages, such that the transparent conductive film saves a cost of PET. According to the manufacturing method, the alignment is not needed for double-sided imprinting of a single flexible substrate, thus the process is simple, low cost, advantageous for industrial production.

Double-sided patterned transparent conductive film and method for manufacturing the same

A lead electrode and a preparation method thereof are provided. The lead electrode includes an inner terminal, a lead, and an outer terminal, which are sequentially connected. The lead includes: an insulating substrate; an adhesive material coated on the insulating substrate, the adhesive material defining a trenched mesh; and a conductive material filled in the trenched mesh, wherein an angle formed by a grid line of the trenched mesh and a demolding direction is from 0&#xb0; to 90&#xb0;. Since the angle formed by the grid line and the demolding direction is very small, little adhesive material will be attached to the mold, such that the residues of the adhesive material are prevented.
