A power tool has a driving shaft for driving a working element and a clamping device for clamping the working element. The clamping device has a clamping position in which the working element may be fixed relative to the driving shaft and a release position in which the working element can be removed from the driving shaft. An operating member is coupled to the clamping device for moving the clamping device between positions. The clamping device also has a rotating position in which the working element can be rotated by an angle relative to the driving shaft and the operating member has an operating position that corresponds to the rotating position.

An accessory clamping mechanism for clamping an accessory to a working mandrel having a mandrel flange. The accessory clamping mechanism includes: a fastening flange; a driving device for forcing the fastening flange to move between a released position in which the accessory can be removed between the mandrel flange and the fastening flange and a clamped position in which the accessory is clamped between the mandrel flange and the fastening flange; a pushing member connected to the fastening flange; and a first elastic member by which the fastening flange is biased towards the clamped position; wherein the pushing member is arranged on one side of the working mandrel.

A saw blade clamping device has a first clamping device for clamping a first working element and a second clamping device for clamping a second clamping element, wherein the first clamping device and the second clamping device are parallel to each other and mounted to a transmission controlling mechanism. The accessory clamping mechanism includes: at least one clamping member; a thrust member for supporting the clamping member; an elastic member by which the thrust member is biased towards a clamped position; a driving assembly for forcing the thrust member and the clamping member to move along the first longitudinal axis, the driving assembly comprising a driving member moved between a first position in which the accessory is in the clamped position and a second position in which the accessory is in a released position, the thrust member and the clamping member being driven by the driving member to move along the first longitudinal axis; and a motion converting member for driving the clamping member to move in a direction different from the first longitudinal axis.

The multi-tool for fasteners includes a housing, a power device, a transmission device coupled to the power device, an output device coupled to the transmission device, and a switching device that can be switched between at least two operating modes. In a first operating mode, the output device moves in a reciprocating manner without rotation along an axial direction. In a second operating mode, the output device rotates with an intermittently increasing torque about a circumferential direction. The switching device may include a limiting member and the limiting member can be moved between a first position and a second position. Further, in the first position the output device is in the first operating mode, and in the second position the output device is in the second operating mode.

The present disclosure provides a power tool having a clamping device for a working element. The power tool includes an output shaft, a fastening piece having a flange portion for clamping the working element and a protruding shaft substantially perpendicular to the flange portion. A locking assembly comprising a locking member having a first position in which the protruding shaft is locked and a second position in which the protruding shaft is loosened is provided, wherein a pressing member can press the working element between the pressing member and the flange portion when the locking member is in the first position. The power tool can fasten the working element to the output shaft in a simple and reliable manner without the necessary use of such auxiliary tools as a spanner etc. and can achieve a stronger clamping force even under impact conditions.

Power tool having a clamping device for a working element

A hand-held power tool with a quick-clamping device for a working element includes a working mandrel for driving the working element, a fastening member for fastening the working element onto the end of the working mandrel, and a locking assembly. The fastening member includes a clamping shaft insertable into the working mandrel and a moving assembly for making the fastening member moveable between a releasing position and a clamping position. The locking assembly includes a floatable clamping component and the clamping component and the clamping shaft are provided with corresponding toothed portions such that engagement and disengagement therebetween is selectively achieved by the relative rotation of the toothed portions.

A power tool has a driving shaft driving a working element, a fastening piece fastening the working element to the driving shaft having a projecting shaft insertable into the driving shaft, a locking assembly locking the projecting shaft in the driving shaft having a locking member wherein the locking member has a locking position for locking the projecting shaft with the driving shaft and a loosening position for loosening the projecting shaft with the driving shaft. At the locking position, the fastening piece is pressed towards an end portion of the driving shaft by an elastic component. The locking assembly further includes a movable member arranged outside of the driving shaft, the movable member having a first portion and a second portion which can be directly or indirectly mated with the locking member wherein a radial distance of the first portion relative to a shaft center of the driving shaft is unequal to that of the second portion relative to the shaft center of the driving shaft.

An electric hammer has a housing having a nozzle portion, a motor and a transmission mechanism arranged in the housing, a striking device, coupled to the motor and transmission mechanism, for moving in a reciprocating manner in the nozzle portion, and a clamping device mounted to the nozzle portion and at least partially extending out of the nozzle portion. The clamping device includes an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve arranged in the outer sleeve, and at least two clamping members arranged on the inner sleeve. The inner sleeve has a first position and a second position with respect to the outer sleeve and the distance between the two clamping members in the first position is less than the distance between the two clamping members in the second position to thereby allow a nail to be released halfway, i.e., when partially struck into a workpiece, in a simple manner.

A burnishing element is clamped to a lower surface of a bottom plate of a sanding machine and placed into tension through use of a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism that are positioned at two ends of the bottom plate, respectively. At least one of the first and second clamping mechanisms has a clamping element and a tensioning element which is used for tensioning the burnishing element. The bottom plate has a clamping area. The ends of the burnishing element are supported on the clamping area when the burnishing element is in placed into tension by the tensioning element.

An automatic nail-feeding mechanism for a power tool having a striking assembly having a striking rod movable in a linear reciprocating manner feeds a nail to be struck to a front end of the striking rod. The automatic nail-feeding mechanism has a driving part movable between a first position and a second position in a direction of a reciprocating motion of the striking rod and a nail-storing element is provided with nails arranged at a fixed pitch, the nail-storing element being fed a distance of the fixed pitch towards the striking rod when the driving part moves from the first position to the second position and then from the second position to the first position in a stroke of the reciprocating motion thereof.

Power tool with an automatic nail-feeding mechanism

A quick-clamping mechanism for an electric hammer for clamping fasteners such as nails includes a biasing assembly for making the clamping assembly movable between a closed position and an opened position. The clamping assembly includes at least two clamping claws, pivotally connected to a pivot shaft including the combination of a torsion spring and a magnet. Fasteners such as nails and the like, can be clamped or released by the two clamping claws rotating relative to the pivot shaft, so that the quick-clamping mechanism has a simple structure and is easily implemented. The two clamping claws can be automatically closed, after a nail is loaded, by providing a torsion spring or a magnet on the two clamping claws, so that the quick-clamping mechanism can be operated expediently and the nail clamped securely.

An electric hammer includes a striking device having a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism includes a clamping element, a sliding element, a first biasing device and a second biasing device. The sliding element is provided with a guide portion in which the clamping element is slidable between a first position where the clamping element is closed and a second position where the clamping element is opened. The biasing force generated by the first biasing device is smaller than that of the second biasing device when the clamping element is in the opened position.
