An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate having a display area including a plurality of sub pixels and a non-display area which encloses the display area, a thin film transistor on the substrate, a planarization layer on the thin film transistor, an anode which is disposed on the planarization layer and is disposed for each sub pixel, a bank layer which is disposed on the planarization layer and includes a first opening unit exposing at least a part of the anode and a second opening unit spaced apart from the first opening unit, a first spacer on the bank layer, and a second spacer which is continuously disposed on the anode and the bank layer so as to overlap with a part of an edge of the first opening unit, and the bank layer has a reverse tapered shape and the second spacer has a tapered shape.

Organic light emitting display device

A foldable display device that includes a folding area and non-folding area, is discussed. The foldable display device can include a first substrate, a second substrate corresponding to the first substrate and including the plurality of unit pixels, a thin film transistor disposed on the second substrate, an organic light emitting diode disposed on the thin film transistor, and a mesh pattern disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and having a plurality of openings, and made of metal.

Organic light emitting display device and method for manufacturing the same

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an organic light emitting display device includes an organic light emitting display panel including a plurality of sub pixels, a pattern buffer layer disposed on the organic light emitting display panel and patterned so as to overlap at least one sub pixel of the plurality of sub pixels, a color filter layer disposed on the pattern buffer layer and including a plurality of color filters corresponding to the plurality of sub pixels, and a black matrix disposed on the same plane as the pattern buffer layer and dividing the plurality of color filters. Accordingly, generation and spread of cracks when the display device is folded may be effectively suppressed. Therefore, the driveability of the display panel and the reliability of the organic light emitting display device may be improved.

The electroluminescence display device includes a flexible substrate, a first metal layer, an inorganic material layer, a recessed portion, a second metal layer, and an organic material layer. The flexible substrate has a bending axis. The first metal layer is disposed on the flexible substrate to be parallel with the bending axis. The inorganic material layer is stacked on the first metal layer. The recessed portion is disposed in the inorganic material layer to be parallel to the bending axis and exposes the first metal layer. The second metal layer extends in parallel to the bending axis, covers the recessed portion, and is in contact with the first metal layer. The organic material layer covers the inorganic material layer and the second metal layer.

Flexible electroluminescence display

Disclosed is a flexible display apparatus in which a bending area bent with respect to a bending line disposed in a first direction is provided, and even when the flexible display apparatus is folded with respect to a folding line provided in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a crack does not occur. The flexible display apparatus includes a cover substrate and a display module disposed on a rear surface of the cover substrate to display an image. Also, the flexible display apparatus includes a flat part, a first bending part bent at a first curvature from a first side of the flat part with respect to a first bending line, and a folding part folded with respect to a folding line. The folding part does not overlap the first bending part.

Embodiment related to a curved display including a curved panel, a printed circuit board separated from the curved panel, and a plurality of flexible films electrically connecting the curved panel and the printed circuit board. The lengths of the flexible films is increased as the flexible films approach an edge of the curved panel.

Discussed is a display device including: an upper substrate having gate and data lines; a lower substrate on a lower surface of the upper substrate with exposing a part of the lower surface of the upper substrate; and a first reflection preventing layer overlapping with the gate line, and a second reflection preventing layer overlapping with the data line are formed on the upper substrate so as to prevent reflection of external light being reflected by the gate line and data line.
