A heating apparatus for an electronic baking cigarette device includes a substrate and a heating element on the substrate. The substrate includes a root portion configured for fixing and an end portion for inserting a cigarette. The substrate includes a first region close to the root portion and a second region close to the end portion, the first region has a first thermal conductivity, the second region has a second thermal conductivity, and the first thermal conductivity is less than the second thermal conductivity. The heating element is located in the first region. The substrate adopts a gradient thermal conductivity layout, so that the heating apparatus can have advantages such as a higher energy utilization rate, a better temperature field, a large amount of vapor during vaping, and a better vaping taste.

When the cigarette device is used in combination with a cigarette added with a magnetic material, the cigarette can be heated uniformly and generate vapor quickly, to ensure a consistent vaping taste and improve utilization of tobacco while achieving immediate vaping and immediate stopping, which helps improve user experience.

The atomization assembly includes a porous matrix and a heating body. The porous matrix includes an atomization face. The heating body includes a heating part and at least one fixing part connected to the heating part. The at least one fixing part is embedded in the porous matrix, such that the heating body is mounted on the porous ceramic matrix and the heating part is arranged to correspond to the atomization face. The beneficial effect is that mounting of the heating body is realized by having the fixing part embedded in the porous matrix to improve reliability of the atomization assembly.

The present invention relates to a preparation method of a porous ceramic, the porous ceramic, and a use thereof in the electronic cigarette. The method of preparing a porous ceramic includes: mixing amorphous silica, aluminum oxide and iron oxide uniformly to obtain a mixture; sintering the mixture at a temperature of 1000&#xb0; C. to 1400&#xb0; C. for 0.5 hour to 3 hours to obtain a precursor; grinding the precursor to obtain precursor powder; mixing the precursor powder, sodium silicate, and porogen uniformly to obtain a premix; mixing and extruding the premix with water to obtain a molded body; and heat preserving the molded body at a temperature of 200&#xb0; C. to 600&#xb0; C. for 1 hour to 6 hours, and sintering the molded body at a temperature of 700&#xb0; C. to 1200&#xb0; C. for 0.5 hour to 3 hours to obtain the porous ceramic.

Preparation method of porous ceramic, porous ceramic, and electronic cigarette

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a porous ceramic material, which includes the following steps: mixing a silicate material and a porogen to obtain a premix, wherein the silicate material includes sodium silicate and other compounds being at least one selected from the group consisting of oxides, nitrides, and carbides; drying the premix to obtain a silicate aggregate; mixing the silicate aggregate and an adhesive to obtain an injection molding material, wherein in a weight percentage, the silicate aggregate is in the range of from 50% to 60%, the adhesive is in the range of from 40% to 50%; injection molding the injection molding material to obtain a green body; and degumming and calcinating the green body successively to obtain the porous ceramic material. In the aforementioned manufacturing method of the porous ceramic material, the space-holder method is combined with the injection molding method, such that the obtained porous ceramic material has a high porosity, controllable pore sizes and good mechanical properties. In addition, compared with the dry pressing process, the use of the injection molding process can significantly improve the production efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale production.
