A packaging materialincludes a heat resistant resin stretched film layeras an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin layeras an inner layer, a metal foil layerarranged between these layers, and a colored ink layerarranged between the metal foil layerand the heat resistant resin stretched film layer. As the heat resistant resin stretched film, a heat resistant resin stretched film having a hot water shrinkage rate of 2% to 20% is used, and the heat resistant resin stretched film layerand the colored ink layerare integrally laminated via an easily adhesive layer. In this packaging material, at the time of forming and sealing, and even being used in a somewhat severe environment such as high-temperature and humid environment, the colored ink layer will not be detached from the heat resistant resin stretched film layer.

Packaging material and molded case

In some embodiments, a molding packaging material includes an outer side base layer made of a heat resistant resin, an inner sealant layer, a metal foil layer arranged between the outer side base material layer and the inner sealant layer, and a matte coat layer formed on a side opposite to a metal foil layer side of the outer side base material layer. The matte coat layer includes a resin component, a solid fine particle, and a lubricant, and the inner sealant layer includes a thermoplastic resin and a lubricant.

Molding packaging material

A molding packaging material includes an outer substrate layer made of a heat-resistant resin, an inner sealant layer made of a thermoplastic resin, a metallic foil layer provided between the outer substrate layer and the inner sealant layer, and a protection coat layer formed on a side opposite to the metallic foil layer side of the outer substrate layer. The protection coat layer is made of a resin composition including a main resin containing a phenoxy resin and a urethane resin, and a curing agent, and has a thickness of 0.1 &#x3bc;m to 10 &#x3bc;m.

Molding packaging material and molded case

A molding material for package includes a matte-coating layer having excellent formability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, electrolytic solution resistance and printing property. The molding material for package includes an outer base material layer including a heat-resistant resin; an inner sealant layer including a thermoplastic resin; a metal foil layer disposed between the outer base material layer and the inner sealant layer; and a matte-coating layer formed on a side opposite to the metal foil layer of the outer base material layer, wherein the matte-coating layer is a multilayer including a bottom layer including a resin composition including a main agent resin including a phenoxy resin and a urethane resin, a curing agent, and solid fine particles; and an upper layer including a resin composition including a fluorine-containing resin.
