Provided is a speaker, including frame, vibration unit, and magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit and having magnetic gap, the vibration unit including diaphragm fixed to the frame, voice coil component fixed to the diaphragm and driving the diaphragm, and lower voice diaphragm component supporting the voice coil component. The voice coil component includes voice coil inserted in the magnetic gap and holder fixed to the diaphragm and the voice coil, the voice coil includes first and second voice coil portions. The first voice coil portion is arranged close to the lower voice diaphragm component and is fixed to the lower voice diaphragm component through the holder. The first voice coil portion includes two first sides and second side connecting thereto, and the second voice coil portion protrudes away from the second side. The voice coil component has greater circumference than the racetrack voice coil, enabling better acoustic performance.

Speaker

A speaker includes a housing having a receiving space, a speaker unit and a cavity received in the receiving space, sound-absorbing particles filled in the filling cavity, a filling hole opened in the housing and communicating with the filling cavity for filling the sound-absorbing particles into the filling cavity, a hole cover covering the filling hole and a resilient member filled in the filling hole. The resilient member can deform in the height direction of the filling hole, and the resilient member is sandwiched in a compressed state between the hole cover and the sound-absorbing particles. Compared with the related art, the sound-absorbing particles of the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure are not easily damaged.

The present invention provides a speaker, including: a housing body having an accommodation cavity with a first chamber and a second chamber; a first side wall and a second side wall enclosing the first chamber; a third side wall and a fourth side wall enclosing the second chamber; and a speaker unit including a connection part located in the first chamber and a sounding component connecting to the connection part. A distance between the first side wall and the second side wall is smaller than a distance between the third side wall and the fourth side wall. The speaker enables the connection part to be connected to the side wall of the housing body without the end of the connection part needing to exceed the end of the sounding component, which reduces the volume of the housing body and facilitates the miniaturized design of the speaker.

A speaker includes a frame with a leakage hole, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system received in the frame and a mesh covering the leakage hole. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a coil. The magnetic circuit system comprises a lower clamp and a magnet assembly stacked on the lower clamp. The mesh is integrally injection-molded with the frame, and comprises a central portion opposite to the leakage hole and a fixed portion located around the central portion and fixed with the frame. The fixed portion comprises an embedded portion embedded in the frame. The frame comprises a cover portion covering the embedded portion. The cover portion is provided with a recessed portion recessed from the surface of the cover portion away from the embedded portion toward the embedded portion until in contact with the embedded portion.

The present invention discloses a speaker, which includes a basket, a vibration system fixed to the basket, and a magnetic circuit system arranged in the basket. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm fixed to the basket and a second diaphragm oppositely separated from the first diaphragm, the magnetic circuit system includes an upper clamping plate fixed to the basket, and the upper clamping plate is disposed separately from the second diaphragm. The upper clamping plate includes a fixing portion fixed to the basket, the upper clamping plate is provided with a step recessed towards the first diaphragm from one side of the upper clamping plate facing away from the first diaphragm, and the step is connected with the fixing portion.

The present disclosure provides a speaker assembly. The speaker assembly includes: a frame, a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system, and a flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board includes a first mounting portion, a second mounting portion spaced from the first mounting portion for being fixed to the frame, and a pair of elastic arms. Each elastic arm includes a first fixing end connected to the first mounting portion, a first connecting arm extending from the first fixing portion, a second fixing end connected to the second mounting portion, a second connecting arm extending from the second fixing end, and a connecting portion connecting the first connecting arm to the second connecting arm. The two connecting portions of the two elastic arms are connected with each other at the corresponding portions.

Speaker assembly

The present invention discloses a speaker having a frame, a vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system both fixed on the frame. The magnetic circuit system having a yoke fixed on the frame. The speaker further includes a suspension having a first fixing portion fixed with the frame. The first fixing portion includes a main body portion located in the middle of the first fixing portion and a welding pad portion formed by bending from two opposite ends of the main body portion toward a direction away from both the main body portion and the yoke. The frame includes a first surface connected to the first fixing portion and an avoiding portion formed by recessing from the first surface toward a direction away from the yoke. The welding pad portion is accommodated in the avoiding portion. A total height of the spealer is reduced.

A speaker includes a holder and a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit fixed and held at the holder. The vibration unit includes: a first diaphragm and an elastic support located at an end of the voice coil facing away from the first diaphragm and elastically supporting the voice coil. The elastic support includes a flexible circuit board and a second diaphragm fixed and held at one side of the flexible circuit board facing away from the voice coil. The flexible circuit board is sandwiched between the voice coil and the second diaphragm and includes an upper surface fixed to the voice coil and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface. The second diaphragm is fixed to the lower surface by a binder, and the lower surface is recessed towards the upper surface to form a binder accommodation groove.

The present disclosure relates to a voice coil, a method for winding the voice coil, and a speaker having the voice coil. The voice-coil winding is wound from an inner side to an outer side of the voice coil to form an N-layer structure. Each layer is wound to form a multi-coil structure. A winding switching portion is disposed between at least one group of neighboring two layers. Two terminals of the winding switching portion are respectively located at the top and the bottom of the voice coil. One terminal of the winding switching portion is connected to a winding ending terminal of an inner side one of the neighboring two layers, and the other terminal of the winding switching portion is connected to a winding starting terminal of the outer side one of the neighboring two layers.

Voice coil, method for winding voice coil, and speaker having voice coil

The present disclosure relates to the field of sound production, and provides a diaphragm including a dome and a suspension surrounding the dome. The dome includes a first surface fixedly connected to the suspension, and a second surface disposed opposite to the first surface and facing away from the suspension. The dome is provided with a through hole in communication with the first surface and the second surface, and the through hole is adjacent to edges of the dome but does not reach the edges of the dome. The present disclosure further provides a speaker including the diaphragm. The diaphragm and the speaker according to the present disclosure have the advantages of ensuring the strength of the dome while ensuring the leakage of the glue inside the speaker.

Diaphragm and speaker

A speaker includes a frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are fixed on the frame. The vibration system includes a first vibration diaphragm fixed to the frame, a voice coil disposed on a side of the first vibration diaphragm and configured to drive the first vibration diaphragm to vibrate to produce sound, and an elastic support part for the elastic support coil. The elastic support part includes a flexible printed circuit board connecting the voice coil to an external circuit.

Provided is a speaker, including a holder, a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit, and a holder pad. The vibration unit includes a first diaphragm, a voice coil configured to drive the first diaphragm to vibrate and emit sound, and a flexible circuit board. The holder includes a bottom surface facing away from the first diaphragm, and the flexible circuit board is fixed to the bottom surface. The holder pad is arranged correspondingly to the flexible circuit board and sandwiched between the bottom surface and the flexible circuit board. The holder pad includes a first pad electrically connected to the flexible circuit board, a second pad exposed out of the holder, and a connection portion connecting the first pad with the second pad. The first pad is electrically conducted with the second pad, and the second pad is connected to an external circuit.
