A linear vibration motor includes a base including an accommodation space; a vibration unit; and a first elastic unit suspending the vibration unit in the accommodation space. The first elastic unit includes two elastic pieces located on two opposite sides of the vibration unit, each the elastic piece having a main elastic arm, a first auxiliary elastic arm and a second auxiliary elastic arm extending reversely in a bending way respectively from an end of the first auxiliary elastic arm and an end of the second auxiliary elastic arm. The main elastic arm is perpendicular to the vibration direction, the first auxiliary elastic arm and the second auxiliary elastic arm are respectively located on the two opposite sides of the main elastic arm, the first fixed arm is fixed to the vibration unit, and the second fixed arm is fixed to the base.

Linear vibration motor

A vibration device includes a housing having accommodating space, a vibrator, a stator and an elastic member configured to suspend the vibrator in the accommodating space, the vibrator, the stator and the elastic member are accommodated in the housing, one of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit unit while the other one includes a coil, the housing includes a pair of first side walls symmetrically arranged in its long axis direction and a pair of second side walls symmetrically arranged in a short axis direction, the elastic member is a sheet-like spring perpendicular to vibrating direction of the vibrator, the elastic member includes a first fixing portion fixedly connected with the second side wall, a second fixing portion fixedly connected with the vibrator, and an S-shaped connecting portion which connects the first fixing portion with the second fixing portion and extends along long axis direction.

Vibration device

The present disclosure provides a vibration motor. The vibration motor includes a housing with side walls; a vibration unit accommodated in the housing; a driving device; and an elastic member elastically supporting the vibration unit in the housing. The vibration unit includes a first surface and a second surface connecting the first surface. The elastic member includes a first fixed section, extension sections extending from two sides of the first fixed section and surrounding the second surface and a second fixed section connecting to the extension section and fixed on the side wall away from one side of the first fixed section. The elastic member includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member opposite to the first elastic member. The first elastic member and the second elastic member are respectively fixed on two first surfaces of the vibration unit.

Vibration Motor

A vibration motor, including: a shell having accommodating space, a driving device accommodated in the accommodating space, a vibrator, and an elastic component elastically supporting the vibrator; the elastic component includes a first fixing portion connected with the shell, a second fixing portion connected with the vibrator, and a deforming portion connecting the first fixing portion with the second fixing portion; the deforming portion includes at least two elastic arms and a bending portion connecting two adjacent elastic arms, the fixing portions move close to or away from each other under compression or stretching of the deforming portion, so that the vibrator vibrate along vibrating direction, a damping member is arranged at inner surface of the bending portion close to the two adjacent elastic arms. The present disclosure adopts a new elastic component, which can adjust system damping property while guaranteeing vibrator weight, so as to improve vibration performance.

Vibration motor

The present application provides a linear vibration motor, including a base, a vibrating unit and an elastic member. The elastic member includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the base includes two side plates facing toward each other along the vibrating direction of the vibrating unit, the first elastic member includes a first fixing arm fixed at the vibrating unit, two first elastic arms extending from the first fixing arm and two first connecting arms bending and extending from ends of two first elastic arms; the second elastic member includes a second fixing arm fixed at the vibrating unit, two second elastic arms bending and extending from two ends of the second fixing arm and two second connecting arms extending from the two second elastic arms; and the two first connecting arms and two second connecting arms are fixed at the two side plates, respectively.

Linear vibrator

A linear vibration motor, including: a base, a vibrating unit, an elastic member, a first stopper and a second stopper. The elastic member includes two elastic members mutually spaced and arranged by stacking. Each elastic member includes a fixing arm fixed on the vibrating unit, two elastic arms bending and extending from the fixing arm, and two connecting arms respectively bending and extending from ends of the elastic arms, the connecting arms are respectively fixed on the base; the first stopper is fixed at a side of the fixing arm away from the vibrating unit; the second stopper is fixed on a side of the connecting arm close to the vibrating unit; the first stopper and the second stopper are mutually spaced and an orthographic projection of the first stopper along the vibrating direction at least partially falls into the second stopper.

The present disclosure provides a linear vibration motor, including: a base, a vibrating unit and an elastic member. The elastic member comprises a first elastic member and a second elastic member. The first elastic member comprises a first fixing arm, two first elastic arms respectively extending from the first fixing arm, two first connecting arms respectively extending from the two first elastic arms, and two first avoiding holes penetrating through the first fixing arm; the second elastic member comprises a second fixing arm, two second elastic arms respectively extending from the second fixing arm, and two second connecting arms respectively extending from the two second elastic arms, the first avoiding holes are respectively arranged directly facing the two second connecting arms. Comparing with the prior art, the linear vibration motor of the present disclosure can be conveniently assembled, and has good vibration property and high reliability.

A vibration device, including a housing having accommodating space, a vibrator, a stator and an elastic member for making the vibrator suspended in the accommodating space, the vibrator, the stator and the elastic member are accommodated in the housing, one of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit unit while the other one includes a coil, the housing includes a pair of first side walls symmetrically arranged in a long axis direction of the housing and a pair of second side walls symmetrically arranged in a short axis direction, the elastic member includes a sheet-like spring perpendicular to vibrating direction of the vibrator, the spring includes a first fixing portion fixedly connected with the housing, a second fixing portion fixedly connected with the vibrator, and an N-shaped connecting portion connects the first fixing portion with the second fixing portion and extends along the short axis direction.

A vibration device, including a shell, a cover plate, a vibrator, a stator and an elastic member, the cover plate is matched with the shell to form accommodating space, the vibrator, the stator and the elastic member are accommodated in the accommodating space, one of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit unit while the other one includes a coil. the elastic member includes a first connecting portion fixedly connected with the vibrator, a pair of elastic portions bending and extending from two opposite ends of the first connecting portion, and a pair of second connecting portions extending from a tail end of each elastic portion in the direction facing each other, and the pair of second connecting portions is fixedly connected with the shell to suspend the vibrator in the accommodating space.

Vibration device and electronic device

A linear vibration motor is disclosed. The linear vibration motor, includes a housing provided with an accommodation space; a vibrator accommodated in the accommodation space; and an electromagnet accommodated in the accommodation space. The vibrator includes a weight having a through-hole and a plurality of permanent magnets engaging with an inner wall of the through-hole. The electromagnet is located in the through-hole and separated from the permanent magnets. The electromagnet includes an iron core and a coil around the iron core for producing magnet fields interacting with the permanent magnets further for producing attracting and repelling force to drive the vibrator to vibrate.

A vibration motor, including a shell, a vibrator and a stator accommodated in the shell, and an elastic member suspending the vibrator in the shell, one of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit unit while the other one includes a coil. the elastic member is a sheet-like spring, and a plane where the elastic member is located is perpendicular to a vibrating direction of the vibrator, the elastic member is of a U-shape, and includes a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion respectively which are fixed to the vibrator and spaced from each other, a third fixing portion located between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion and fixed to the shell, a first deforming portion connecting the third fixing portion with the first fixing portion, and a second deforming portion connecting the third fixing portion with the second fixing portion.

A vibration motor is disclosed. The vibration motor includes a housing, a substrate engaging with the housing, a vibration unit received in the housing, an elastic member suspending the vibration unit, and a coil assembly interacting with the vibration unit. The vibration unit further includes a slot for receiving a fixing part of the elastic member, and the slot includes a first part having a first width and a second part having a second width greater than the first width, and the first part is relatively closer to a distal end of the second fixing part.

The present disclosure relates to a vibration motor, comprising a housing, a vibrator, an elastic member, a first block and a second block; the elastic member comprises first elastic member and second elastic member facing toward each other and each comprises a first fixing portion, two extending portions and two second fixing portions, the first fixing portion is fixed on the first surface, the two extending portion extend from the first fixing portion along two opposite directions and surrounds the second surface, the two second fixing portions are fixed on the side wall away from the first fixing portion; the first block is on a side of the first fixing portion corresponding to the side wall, the second block is on the side wall, faces towards the first block and is spaced from the first block. The second block is adjacent to the second fixing portion and is between the two second fixing portions.

A linear vibrating motor is provided in the present disclosure. The linear vibrating motor includes a housing, a vibrator, a stator and an elastic part. The vibrator and the stator are received in the housing, the elastic part suspends the vibrator. The stator includes a coil and a coil support supporting the coil. The coil support includes a supporting plate, a pair of supporting arms and a pair of supporting legs. The supporting plate supports the coil, the pair of supporting arms extends from ends of the supporting plate respectively, and the pair of supporting legs extends from ends of the supporting arms respectively and is opposite to the supporting plate. The vibrator comprises a groove to receive the supporting plate, and the vibrator is partially positioned between the pair of supporting arms.

Linear vibrating motor with coil between a plurality of magnet modules and mass units

The present application provides a linear vibration motor, including a base, a vibrating unit and an elastic member. The elastic member includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the first elastic member includes a first fixing arm, two first elastic arms and two first connecting arms; the two first elastic arms bend and extend from two ends of the first fixing arm, respectively; the two first connecting arms bend and extend from the two first elastic arms, respectively; each of the first elastic member and the second elastic member is arranged in central symmetry with respect to a central axis which goes through a geometric center of the vibrating unit and perpendicular to the vibrating direction. As compared with relevant art, the linear vibration motor of the present application has advantages of simple and high-efficient assembling, good vibrating performance and high reliability.
